Fulfilling the Grim Reaper's Whims in the Sims 4

A recent update for the Sims 4 has rendered this challenge impossible, due to the long-awaited wants and fears replacing whims in the game. Luckily, I filmed this build challenge before that happened, and it was pretty chaotic building a house in the Sims based solely on whims.
