When MTV approached Mike/LP. It was originally only supposed to be just one mash-up. And Mike came up with Numb/Encore. But Mike being the creative he is. He made others and it became the Collision Course EP and a one-off show at The Roxy in LA.
The CD came with a DVD featuring the behind the scenes of the making of the album plus the entire live performance.
Aside from this song. The 'Dirt Off Your Shoulder/Lying From You' mash-up is a favourite of mine from Collision Course.

Do yourselves a favor and watch the documentary about how this all happened. It was to be a MTV show series where they would get 2 artists to combine songs. LP and Jay--Z were the first and due to this being so damn good they scrapped the series idea.
As for the concert in this video. It was an underground concert only offered to each artists loyal fans. Something like 400-500 tickets in total were offered and each artists fans didn't know the other would be there. So you had Jay-z fans turning up same time as LP fans were and together it became one of the most insane concerts ever.

Not to take anything away from this in any way whatsoever,as i love both Linkin and Jay-Z,but 99 Problems was originally a track by Ice-T,it's probably a bit full on to react to on here, but you might wanna check it out yourselves sometime if you're even remotely curious where the track originated from.🙌
