Accurate, INTJ's usually analyse everything around them out of curiousity or boredem

It’s not so much the incompetence that bothers me (it certainly does) but more the smug ignorance ABOUT the incompetence that bothers me. If I don’t know something or I’m wrong, I will 100% admit it OR say “I may be mistaken” ahead of my comment to let them know that while I’m fairly certain, I’m not 100% on something. When someone says something, and they’re BLATANTLY wrong, and they defend it to the death? That’s what I can’t stand. This happened the other night when I watched someone go on for 10 minutes about something they knew nothing about that I know very well. My wife could see the restraint on my face. She tells me when that happens, she can hear me screaming in my head just based on the look on my face. 😂

I've been told that my tell when I'm annoyed by someone's refusal to admit they're wrong is that I sniffle my nose. I didn't realize I was doing that until someone mentioned it. 🤣

I also have perfectionistic tendencies, so it was painful when things didn't go well. I hope things get done neatly and well. I don't hate people. I want to form human relationships after I have organized my thoughts. So people misunderstand me as a cold person.
I like my personality, but I also find it difficult.

Accurate. I definitely take a diplomatic approach and I usually try acting in the best interest of other people (providing assistance that works long term) without any contempt.

Isn't It funny how people like US intjs and there are so many videos like this..but in real Life everyone Is kinda pissed off by us because we are cold, "emotionless" and go for our own path? It seems like some sort of "know your enemy" campaing lol

People are afraid to face the reality. They always want to be in a sugar coated illusion,so when we break it,they can't handle it

I think INTJ traits are perceived very positively in US. Hard work, self improvement, strive for efficiency… it’s reading like ideal CV for US job.

This video is absolutely amazing! Believe it or not, it's as if you're reading me like a book. I'm surprised and terrified at the same time on how accurate this is, though aside from 1,2, and 4, I can't much relate on 3. I don't always strive perfectionism if I don't see any worth on it. I mean, just as you said, we observe inefficiency. Why would you make an effort to something that won't benefit you at all? But yes, if it's something worth a while, perfection is an absolute must as if it's our default.

In re: diplomatic approach... Depends on how annoyed I am. If someone is grossly incompetent, I may call it out, loudly and sarcastically. "Where'd you learn to drive, clown college?!"

I usually imagine breaking their face in my head and then put on diplomatic face because I do realise people have their issues. Just don’t put them in my project team.
