As a professional cellist of over 30 years I have to say along with my teacher Heinrich Schiff (RIP) he is one of the most amazing cellists I have ever heard. He takes risks and avoids the self-indulgent "big box of sobs on a pin" far too many cellists embrace.

Wonderful! I listened to the Haydn & Ligeti a few months ago since I’m a fan of both. I finally listened to Veress; he’s new to me and I’m very impressed. Thanks for this!
