Hey, to whoever sees this. I don’t know who I might be but if you see this, that means you probably need to hear this right now. Can’t sleep? It’s okay, I promise. I know things might be hard and whoever you are stressing over or whatever situation your going through, it’s OKAY to feel what your feeling. It doesn’t mean you should just give into the stress. It just means to take a step back, relax and breathe know that you are perfect and that you can do this. Whatever you’re feeling whether it’s anger, sadness, emptiness, guilt.. it’s all just temporarily. Give yourself serenity. Let yourself be at peace don’t doubt yourself because I promise you ARE perfect and that this won’t last forever. So do yourself a favor and just lay back and listen to this. Breathe and find the peace in life and relaxation and just get some good rest and save up the energy for tomorrow.. your amazing, you are perfect.. sweet dreams❤

That tone from the strings is second to nearly none! So clean, light, nimble, sensitive, and played with so much integrity to the musical era. The winds are so well tempered, controlled, and noble, and well pronounced. Very excellent orchestra to pair with our concertist, who has an outstanding understanding of this concerto. He plays with a touch that seems to sound like how Haydn would have *sung* this concerto. Really, quite excellent. The orchestra under the baton of our conductor is so well done.

Ha! What's up with this ranking on the part of us nobodies? For me, whoever I'm listening to at the moment is the greatest, yes, Petula Clark too, a favorite of Glenn Gould's after all. I'm essentially democratic, I suppose. But the Dvorak cello concerto is an old friend of 47 years. It's always a treat, and this performance was especially felicitous. (But really, Haydn never wrote a Don Giovanni!)

Dominicana.

I mostly listen to avant-garde and contemporary classical but it's always refreshing to listen to the old masters.

An excellent interpretation of my favorite Haydn--with so much bravura and energy and incredible technique for one so young (born in 1993!); my favorite interpretation of this concerto is by Lynn Harrell (RIP, Maestro), but Bruno gets an A plus!

Such a treat to watch this wonderful youthful talent. He plays with such flair, yet delicacy. Reminds me a little of Jacqueline Du Pre who also had great sensitivity. It's wonderful to have a ring-side seat to such performances as this, up close and personal.

Notice the pizzicato at 24:17 so that the open G sounded properly! This really is attention to detail!
