It's not like there was much said other then that they'll be more open about it in the future. Rest was basically "hey, we worked on this crap the last 10 years and we will continue to work on it blablabla" marketing speech. But it's good they finally said a word about it.
Ace, attention needs to be called to CoD's thorough lack of customer support. The criteria of their "anticheat" system has zero transparency, and the policies of bans leave people with strong cases unable to have their case considered. False flags, etc. It seems to be a growing issue- i recieved the ban six months ago, but quite recently there has been a community announcement for the ROG Ally warning people that using it with CoD might result in an account ban. It seems Activision isn't playing well with proprietary CPU software. Seems like playing it on PC at all risks account ban, which is a definite problem considering the recent increase in PC players . Over time, this is going to erode their playerbase, so I hope they fix it.
Season 1 of MWII was basically just launch content for 3 months, insane that IW thought that was appropriate. No wonder they pivoted the year 2 content into a full title by Season 3 and the creation of Black Cell.
I'm impressed they're adding Aftermarket Parts that change guns functionality instead of randomly adding a new gun that has mildly changed functionality but is clearly just an edited version of a model that they already had.
I actually think the Assassin vest should take the option for boots so that you have permanent ghost off the radar but you cant hide your footsteps thats just too OP to me.
There’s literally no reason to not run Assassin vest and covert sneakers in Search or Cutthroat now. With situations like this, it’s painfully obvious this perk system was supposed to be a pick 10.
For all the faults of Vanguard, coming out of the gates with some solid content and listening to community feedback were two things they did pretty well. Glad to see them keeping the pace up here.

Campaign was lackluster, zombies was the worst zombies of all time, and multiplayer was so buggy and weapon balancing was horrible, combat scouting was far too op, same with serpentine and that op fire grenade, and it was the only new cod to have only five seasons of content. Not to mention how buggy the game was, camo challenges were broken for months, for me I quit because parties literally stopped working for me, me and my friends couldn’t play together. I'm hoping for a Quick Fix vest and Specialist vest in the future as well. Would love Specialist streaks to return. Also with the long TTK, having such a slow health regen just makes it impossible to fight multiple people in a row quickly. Would like to see it become a bit faster combined with a Quick fix perk as well.
I would love quick fix too cuz that was the main perk I’ve run in the past games but if they added it they would have to speed up the regen cuz if they left it how it is now and added quick fix it would be such a hard crutch perk cuz of how good it is it would become borderline necessary so I would still use it if they sped up the regen and I hope they do
Stormender is going to be interesting with the new Zombies content coming. Apparently Dokkaebi will be a new "warlord" in MWZ in Season 1 and the gimmick of her stronghold will be automated defenses like Drones, Wheelsons, Sentry guns, etc.. Having Stormender on you will probably reduce the difficulty of her stronghold massively.
UAV is such a low end important crutch streak that snowballs. Without an reliable hard counter there is no reason to not pick the UAV. Adding the Assassin Vest means other streaks have value. Even seeing 1 or 2 dots means you can infer where the Assassin users are in a general area and anticipate them.
It will be like stun grenades in cold war: near useless if people are running the counter, but someone might make a play to stop using the counter to run something else because no one is running stuns, leaving them vulnerable to stuns again for a time, which can be exploited if people are prepared for it or react accordingly
I'm not gonna lie, MW3 is the most fun COD i've played considering the recent ones. I enjoyed cold war quite a lot, others, not so much. The multiplayer and zombies make up for the substandard campaign (I had to force myself to finish it whereas I remember playing MW2 campaign exclusively for 26 hours in the early access period as I enjoyed it SO much)
Yeah, definitely I think the aftermarket parts might be my favorite addition and the weekly challenges to unlock them. I just love how the system works.

MW3 has been really fun and Sledgehammer have really went above and beyond in listening and implementing changes. The fact they are even talking about SBMM now is huge. New season looks great. The only thing I'd like to see is a tuning pass on the old MW2 guns. I'd like to see them at least be viable, they all kind of suck, in multi at least. That extra variety would be great to have. There are still guns there I'd like to grind camos for.

That vest is a bad idea as it is, they should just slightly relax the transition time between moving and standing still with the ghost tv camo. If they're going to keep the new perma ghost vest it should take away another perk slot to be more balanced
Requiring movement on ghost is a bad idea and doesn’t help nearly as much as people think. If the idea is that it’s helping nerf camping, well the camper can just strafe in place now. So then what exactly is it solving? COD players just hate using their brains and don’t want to try and use game sense to figure out where enemies are and just want the pretty little red dots to play the game for them. I think having to give up on using overkill vest is already a big sacrifice to using the assassin vest over the ghost gear. I think SHG really whiffed on perk balancing by allowing people to run overkill, ghost, and ninja. At least the assassin vests rights that mistake a bit.
The vest is a great idea. These maps were designed for a game with a permanent ghost perk. Now they just need to lower the health to 100 and this game would be perfect.
Idc what people say but it’s just a fact SHG is the best developers out of all of them and there definitely redeemed themselves from vanguard. This is the best cod they’ve made in years even better than Cold War and mw2019. They’ve made so many fat W changes to the game since the beta and it’s only the pre season more than IW would in the entire year. People hating on the game are losers that have no life, can’t afford to buy the game so they bitch about it, or there just straight up bad and blame the game instead of themselves. SHG is trying and they deserve to be treated better than people are cuz this game is so good so far and I can’t wait for it to be one the best cod ever cuz it definitely has the potential to be so phenomenal.
That's awesome they're finally adding streaks with the seasonal content.(I personally have been missing the EMP as a streak the past few years (especially as someone that mainly plays solo.) As well as adding new/more Vest(perks) hopefully they will expand across the board adding other gear/boots/gloves as well as field upgrades.
Come on Ace, you cant with a straight face say the assassin vest will be a crutch perk while at the same time praising covert sneakers lol, THAT is the big crutch perk. The fact that creators seem to think rushing is the ONLY playstyle is really starting to frustrate me. As someone who changes up their playstyle based on the weapon I use, let people play how they want to, dont expect every perk or buff ingame to be solely for aggressive playstyles.
I think for the perma ghost vest, you should have boots removed. Don’t think you should be able to run covert sneakers and perma ghost at the same time.
I think the new vest should get rid of shoes (covert sneakers) bc you can still do stealth builds without perma ghost and would promote less campy BS bc you have to keep moving to be ghosted and silent
I think that the assassin vest is mainly catering to non-respawn game mode, and eliminating gear for that vest would mean that no counter to the covert sneakers so I would propose for eliminating the secondary slot and field upgrade slot alternatively.
As a snd and control player this vest is still not good enough yet its fine. Getting assassin instead of ghost as protection from uav is really needed since the uav spam is absolutely abyssmal. I hsd rounds wherr ememy team had 40 of them literally and sometimes u vant just rush like a maniac if u wanna win. This vesg is still nothing compared to the technician vest.. u get 2 gears, 2 stims, can see any equipment and killstreak and also highlight them for the team automaticslly. All u lose is lethal and to be fair nobody who rely on those is a good player. I would say make it like that: remove the ability to get streaks with it. Only allow throwing knives or stars as primary ewuipment. Firing a non suporessed weapon will permanently deactivate the vest for the rest of the life/round.
I nearly shit myself out of excitement to see the RAM7 return. That was by far my favorite gun in MW19, was an excellent long range gun and it could also be geared towards being a really solid sniper support in Warzone. I am praying to the COD gods that this gun will not suck. ;-)
I can safely gaurentee that the reason it’s being killed off is cause SO many people complained about the pvp and argued it made dmz extremely toxic. Whether they are right or not is up for debate.
This isn't new content but the sentry gun absolutely needs a buff. Even while controlling it, it takes like 3 seconds of persistently hitting someone with bullets to kill them. Possibly thr weakest iteration of the sentry gun I've seen yet.
That EMP rifle could be pretty interesting in Ground War or Invasion. Also, it wouldn't be that hard for them to implement a Specialist style perk into the game. They could put in in the vest section, then you choose your three starting perks by picking gloves, boots, and gear. Then as you get kills/score you would get pouches similar to the Scavenger pouches that would strap onto your vest and represent the other perks you get until you reach the Specialist threshold and receive the rest of the perks (or at least the ones that make sense). The only tricky thing would be how to handle the overkill perk since you would need to choose that as a starting perk and it's in the vest category. You could possibly do it like the overkill vest where you can choose either a primary or secondary in both weapon slots, but then that's kind of like giving you an extra perk for free when you had to choose that perk in the old specialist system.
If they want a PERMA ghost, they need to give real negatives No lethals/taticals/field upgrade and remove the capacity to even use killstreaks. Just scorestreaks in the best of cases. Atleast they need to play objective, or it is much harder and slow to even get a UAV
I love how much new content is coming! I hope in the futute they add a conversion kit to the MP5 for an actual MP5K. 10mm ammo conversion should be an option too More MW2 Guns should have these conversions too. I also hope they don't get left out of bundles
Then adding killstreaks, perks, and really just adding content in general gives me hope for the rest of this games cycle. Maybe in the future we get something, at least similar to specialist in the future.
Question about the new vest: Obviously it doesn't stack with the ghost t/v camo and if you try to stack it you get cold blooded instead, but does that mean that the ghost t/v camo overrides it? LIke, will it be the ghosted-while-in motion-version or the Assassin Vest version of being ghosted? If this makes it so you're permanently ghosted while having cold blooded and being able to use covert sneakers and a silenced weapon, that's huge... Groot skins will basically be invisible...
No, it would be the Assassin Vest version, because the vests trump/override the duplicate perk effects, making the perk with the duplicate function like a different perk. So yes, you could run the vest, covert sneakers, and the IFF strobe, making you hard to locate without outright seeing you.
What I love about sledge is they are very communicative with the community and they come up with wacky out-of-the-box ideas that can be real game changers and make the game feel more alive, but the downside to that is sometimes you get some bad things (assassins vest) that will likely never be balanced or removed

Hey Ace, have you noticed MW2 marksman rifles dont one shot to the head in MW3 multiplayer? The EBR14 thakes 2 headshots and a body shot to get a kill. I havent really seen anyone talk about it and id like to see it fixed. The crossbow can't even get upper body shot kills anymore, only headshots.
I agree. Some of the other mw2 weapons also that feel viable once so ever. Limited testing off the top of my head. The M4, Lachman 556, ISO 45, TAQ 56, and all of the MW2 shotguns except the M1014 and the KV Broadside are pretty good. But the pumps and the lock man 300 suck assssss
@cpus_are_life4605 i know the Carrak .300 gets headshot hit markers after a certain distance. The taq-v feels like it takes too many shots to kill while being a base 20 round mag. The SO-14 is incredibly difficult to kill with even in full auto. Hopefully we'll see these guns be buffed soon. Also don't use dragons breath on the MW2 shotguns it neutered every one I've tried with it.
@@frostdrake3206 I haven't used attachments it's weird tho because some weapons still feel great that weren't that good in mw2. Like the M13B and the M13C actually feel really nice. The MX9 also slaps. The Honey Badger very consistent. The Taq V doesn't feel that bad but I do understand what you are saying. It's really just minor buffs like I would be perfectly fine with SHG taking maybe a mid-season patch purely just to fix the MW2 weapons. Cuz it's a damn shame to let those weapons go to waste.
@cpus_are_life4605 I haven't touched a lot of the guns you just listed yet. I did use the M13C after unlocking it and it did feel okay. I remember them saying major balancing coming with season 1 launch so hopefully some of that will be in there.

Honestly when i saw yhe vest i was actually super hyped. I'm a stealth player, which is mostly flanking but it's nice having the option to slow down or hide for a second. So I have preference to classic ghost, but campers ruin that so I still support moving ghost. I think a downside they should've added to make this more of an assassin vest, is you can only have snapshots/smokes for tacticals, and throwing knives/stars for your lethal. I also think it would help at least a little to remove the glove slot, I think with this vest having one gear slot for something like cold blooded or the signal jammer is important for trap or streak countering, but I do think this should probably have more downsides. Idk, I'd like for them to experiment with limiting what you fan choose in certain slots, as a way of still having balanced upsides whilst also making the vests more defined and limited to a playstyle in new ways. Either way I'm personally excited for the vest, I like having Ghost, I like temporarily holding positions or waiting by a corner for an execution, but that's just me we'll see how people are gonna cheese this vest
Which is also funny when you consider that to even get an UAV up requires killing people without an UAV in the first place. To get a UAV you must play like everyone has free Ghost.

I believe this is the most content in a single season ever. For me most fun since advanced warfare and clan wars!! This cod would destroy all cods before it if they just said screw it and got rid of skill base match making all together. People who quit cod years ago because of sbmm would return. This game would hit the stratosphere no cap. Fingers cross.
Not gonna lie, I’m so fucking hype with SHG’s experimentation and creativity with weapon diversity. That was a big fear of mine but seeing how many different variations of weapons on top of additional weapons is giving me peak interest.
I've dabbled and I was very pleasantly surprised. I'll definitely continue to play it from time to time but it's not likely I'll ever cover it on this channel.
I have a question for anyone that’s reading: when they add new weapons, does that add to the amount of camo grind that I need for I do? It would suck if that was the case, because it would massively disadvantage anyone who didn’t get interstellar in the first few weeks. For example, I’ve been working on the LMG’s atm, getting them them all up to gold before moving to platinum, and I was on the last one and noticed it said to unlock gold on FOUR LMG’s to gold in order to progress… when I started the grind I’m pretty sure there was only 3 of them and they added this one behind the stupid weekly challenges. That seems crazy, if the more guns that get released this happens again and again each time I feel pressured and to smash and grind super hard to try and eventually get interstellar. Also, this new LMG is behind challenges that I’m going to really struggle to complete because it has requirements to use after market parts that don’t even have, so if that weekly challenge disappears and I never unlock that new gun, does that block me from getting platinum on any of my LMGs?? Someone please help out here because if something like is happening then the camo grind also feels like it’s rigged to lose and the motivation and enjoyment aspect of that focus loses all the fun and renders all the work I’m put in totally redundant. Hope I’m wrong!
The camo challenge actually gets easier the more weapons are released. You need think it’s 36 weapons to get the ultimate camo. Since it’s not based off categories the more weapons come out the easier it is to pick and choose skipping the weapons you find annoying .
Can someone explain to me how the season and blackcells tuff works? Right now there is the helloween map stuff. if i buy blackcell now and the new season drops, do i still have blackcell or was it wasted because of the short period? and do i we keep seasonal stuff we unlock? weapons and the new vest? or is it season only?
you keep seasonal stuff forever and they will still be available to unlock next season too. dont buy a battlepass at the end of the season it will be deactivated. blackcell is just a more expensive battlepass it works the exact same way you only get more stuff.
I think they should add an advanced counter uav that is invisible and can’t be shot down … the downsides to balance it would be it’s up in the air 15% less time than a regular counter and it requires more kills to get … and then a pack of dogs too 🫡
I’m new to COD. If I don’t buy a battle pass and a gun is locked for the pass, I will be able to get them through challenges after season ended right? Also is there any after market part, I can’t get anymore from the past? I saw some challenges require me to use After market part I couldn’t find anywhere.

Sledgehammer is crushing it. I don't know if they can build a game from scratch any more, but this remix style of enhancing the sht out of a game is solid and I would be down for them to do this to Black ops Gulf War after treyarchs year in the spotlight
Interesting. The AMR9 in advanced warfare claimed to be double barrel and I never understood that. It's obviously not. Maybe they planned on having a double barrel option in cod aw?
If they keep this momentum all year, this will be a phenomenal year. I had low expectations given what we knew before and how things changed, but my goodness... I am blown away by how much we're getting so far. I am very pleased and I really hope they keep this going forward. If they _do_, it shows that Sledge, for all their faults, _does_ have us, the players, at the top of their list. Within reason of course. More so than Infinity Ward does anyway. I still vote for AW and WWII maps remaster though. I'd love to see some goodies from those games to return.
Wow, a Golden Gun mode but with the Raygun instead sounds kinda dope and something I'm actually surprised never happened in CoD before. Definitely gonna be playing that.
They didn't fix camo challenge of "Get X operator kills affected by your tactical" It doesn't track enemies marked with snapshots or EMD, even if they die when still marked.
Assassin Vest is definitely over powered but I would still stick with engineer vest if they buff the existing ghost gear so that it doesnt turn off as easily. That way I get to keep my equipment which I find very important
A permanent ghost perk makes so much more sense over covert sneakers where you literally can't hear anyone. at least if they're hidden on the map I can still hear them
I don’t think the assassin vest is OP, I think of it as essentially give you two pieces of gear, one being ghost, but then gives you no vest. Compared to the CCT comma vest, assuming you pick ghost as gear. CCT vest: gives larger mini map and radar pings with no equipment Assassin vest: gives equipment but no field upgrade. CCT vest is the obvious choice for me
@@Nytaxia the current ghost I see as permanent active as well if you are using it properly. All you have to do is swirl in a circle which is basically not moving. I sit in corners with the current ghost all the time while moving and no one sees it coming
@@Nytaxia If this is OP, then how do you get kills without a UAV up? If it is OP you literally couldn't get a UAV up. All it does is make it so UAV isn't a crutch and trading it for another streak is viable.
100% agree, ive been rubbing CCT comms vest w ghost and bone conduction. its way better than assassins vest imo and ill continue to run it. The benefits from cct coms vest and the information you get for yourself and your team im surprised more people dont use it. Hopefully everyone complains about assassins vest and CCT stays untouched
@@emwolsme as well, ive been fine with normal ghost, just walk around a little bit and youre off the radar. if youre using ghost for the purpose of sitting in one spot and not flanking/rushing you might as well take it off
revolver conversion looks insane. like the renetti. but i still prefer the cor45 conversion, even though it still remains semi auto and doesn't look as crazy, its so unique, coz u get a binary trigger, meaning when u press ur trigger or mouse button to shoot, and when u release, it shoots again.

UAV is such a low end important crutch streak that snowballs. Without an reliable hard counter there is no reason to not pick the UAV. Adding the Assassin Vest means other streaks have value.
Even seeing 1 or 2 dots means you can infer where the Assassin users are in a general area and anticipate them.
I fear that in SND, it'll be pointless to run UAVs at all
It will be like stun grenades in cold war: near useless if people are running the counter, but someone might make a play to stop using the counter to run something else because no one is running stuns, leaving them vulnerable to stuns again for a time, which can be exploited if people are prepared for it or react accordingly

I'm not gonna lie, MW3 is the most fun COD i've played considering the recent ones. I enjoyed cold war quite a lot, others, not so much. The multiplayer and zombies make up for the substandard campaign (I had to force myself to finish it whereas I remember playing MW2 campaign exclusively for 26 hours in the early access period as I enjoyed it SO much)
Aftermarket parts are so cool. Reminds me of operator mods from bo4.
Yeah, definitely I think the aftermarket parts might be my favorite addition and the weekly challenges to unlock them. I just love how the system works.

MW3 has been really fun and Sledgehammer have really went above and beyond in listening and implementing changes. The fact they are even talking about SBMM now is huge. New season looks great. The only thing I'd like to see is a tuning pass on the old MW2 guns. I'd like to see them at least be viable, they all kind of suck, in multi at least. That extra variety would be great to have. There are still guns there I'd like to grind camos for.

If they’re insistent on a Stationary ghost vest, then they need to give it a lot more negatives. Remove lethals and tacticals from the vest so you can’t use claymores with it and stuff.

That vest is a bad idea as it is, they should just slightly relax the transition time between moving and standing still with the ghost tv camo. If they're going to keep the new perma ghost vest it should take away another perk slot to be more balanced

Requiring movement on ghost is a bad idea and doesn’t help nearly as much as people think. If the idea is that it’s helping nerf camping, well the camper can just strafe in place now. So then what exactly is it solving?
COD players just hate using their brains and don’t want to try and use game sense to figure out where enemies are and just want the pretty little red dots to play the game for them.
I think having to give up on using overkill vest is already a big sacrifice to using the assassin vest over the ghost gear. I think SHG really whiffed on perk balancing by allowing people to run overkill, ghost, and ninja. At least the assassin vests rights that mistake a bit.

Idc what people say but it’s just a fact SHG is the best developers out of all of them and there definitely redeemed themselves from vanguard. This is the best cod they’ve made in years even better than Cold War and mw2019. They’ve made so many fat W changes to the game since the beta and it’s only the pre season more than IW would in the entire year. People hating on the game are losers that have no life, can’t afford to buy the game so they bitch about it, or there just straight up bad and blame the game instead of themselves. SHG is trying and they deserve to be treated better than people are cuz this game is so good so far and I can’t wait for it to be one the best cod ever cuz it definitely has the potential to be so phenomenal.
That's awesome they're finally adding streaks with the seasonal content.(I personally have been missing the EMP as a streak the past few years (especially as someone that mainly plays solo.)
As well as adding new/more Vest(perks) hopefully they will expand across the board adding other gear/boots/gloves as well as field upgrades.

Come on Ace, you cant with a straight face say the assassin vest will be a crutch perk while at the same time praising covert sneakers lol, THAT is the big crutch perk. The fact that creators seem to think rushing is the ONLY playstyle is really starting to frustrate me. As someone who changes up their playstyle based on the weapon I use, let people play how they want to, dont expect every perk or buff ingame to be solely for aggressive playstyles.
I think for the perma ghost vest, you should have boots removed. Don’t think you should be able to run covert sneakers and perma ghost at the same time.
Perma boots is just as annoying. I'm happy we have the news vest. If ghost is temporary then the boots should be too. It should be both or neither.
Assassin vest is amazing, ghost + cb or another perk without having to lose your grenades and tacticals, hell yeah!
I think the new vest should get rid of shoes (covert sneakers) bc you can still do stealth builds without perma ghost and would promote less campy BS bc you have to keep moving to be ghosted and silent

I think that the assassin vest is mainly catering to non-respawn game mode, and eliminating gear for that vest would mean that no counter to the covert sneakers so I would propose for eliminating the secondary slot and field upgrade slot alternatively.
As a snd and control player this vest is still not good enough yet its fine. Getting assassin instead of ghost as protection from uav is really needed since the uav spam is absolutely abyssmal. I hsd rounds wherr ememy team had 40 of them literally and sometimes u vant just rush like a maniac if u wanna win. This vesg is still nothing compared to the technician vest.. u get 2 gears, 2 stims, can see any equipment and killstreak and also highlight them for the team automaticslly. All u lose is lethal and to be fair nobody who rely on those is a good player.
I would say make it like that: remove the ability to get streaks with it. Only allow throwing knives or stars as primary ewuipment. Firing a non suporessed weapon will permanently deactivate the vest for the rest of the life/round.

I nearly shit myself out of excitement to see the RAM7 return. That was by far my favorite gun in MW19, was an excellent long range gun and it could also be geared towards being a really solid sniper support in Warzone. I am praying to the COD gods that this gun will not suck. ;-)

I can safely gaurentee that the reason it’s being killed off is cause SO many people complained about the pvp and argued it made dmz extremely toxic. Whether they are right or not is up for debate.
This isn't new content but the sentry gun absolutely needs a buff. Even while controlling it, it takes like 3 seconds of persistently hitting someone with bullets to kill them. Possibly thr weakest iteration of the sentry gun I've seen yet.
That EMP rifle could be pretty interesting in Ground War or Invasion. Also, it wouldn't be that hard for them to implement a Specialist style perk into the game. They could put in in the vest section, then you choose your three starting perks by picking gloves, boots, and gear. Then as you get kills/score you would get pouches similar to the Scavenger pouches that would strap onto your vest and represent the other perks you get until you reach the Specialist threshold and receive the rest of the perks (or at least the ones that make sense). The only tricky thing would be how to handle the overkill perk since you would need to choose that as a starting perk and it's in the vest category. You could possibly do it like the overkill vest where you can choose either a primary or secondary in both weapon slots, but then that's kind of like giving you an extra perk for free when you had to choose that perk in the old specialist system.
If they want a PERMA ghost, they need to give real negatives

Question about the new vest: Obviously it doesn't stack with the ghost t/v camo and if you try to stack it you get cold blooded instead, but does that mean that the ghost t/v camo overrides it? LIke, will it be the ghosted-while-in motion-version or the Assassin Vest version of being ghosted? If this makes it so you're permanently ghosted while having cold blooded and being able to use covert sneakers and a silenced weapon, that's huge... Groot skins will basically be invisible...
No, it would be the Assassin Vest version, because the vests trump/override the duplicate perk effects, making the perk with the duplicate function like a different perk.
So yes, you could run the vest, covert sneakers, and the IFF strobe, making you hard to locate without outright seeing you.

What I love about sledge is they are very communicative with the community and they come up with wacky out-of-the-box ideas that can be real game changers and make the game feel more alive, but the downside to that is sometimes you get some bad things (assassins vest) that will likely never be balanced or removed

Hey Ace, have you noticed MW2 marksman rifles dont one shot to the head in MW3 multiplayer? The EBR14 thakes 2 headshots and a body shot to get a kill. I havent really seen anyone talk about it and id like to see it fixed. The crossbow can't even get upper body shot kills anymore, only headshots.
I agree. Some of the other mw2 weapons also that feel viable once so ever. Limited testing off the top of my head.
The M4, Lachman 556, ISO 45, TAQ 56, and all of the MW2 shotguns except the M1014 and the KV Broadside are pretty good. But the pumps and the lock man 300 suck assssss
@cpus_are_life4605 i know the Carrak .300 gets headshot hit markers after a certain distance. The taq-v feels like it takes too many shots to kill while being a base 20 round mag. The SO-14 is incredibly difficult to kill with even in full auto. Hopefully we'll see these guns be buffed soon. Also don't use dragons breath on the MW2 shotguns it neutered every one I've tried with it.
@@frostdrake3206 I haven't used attachments it's weird tho because some weapons still feel great that weren't that good in mw2. Like the M13B and the M13C actually feel really nice. The MX9 also slaps. The Honey Badger very consistent. The Taq V doesn't feel that bad but I do understand what you are saying.
It's really just minor buffs like I would be perfectly fine with SHG taking maybe a mid-season patch purely just to fix the MW2 weapons. Cuz it's a damn shame to let those weapons go to waste.
@cpus_are_life4605 I haven't touched a lot of the guns you just listed yet. I did use the M13C after unlocking it and it did feel okay. I remember them saying major balancing coming with season 1 launch so hopefully some of that will be in there.

Honestly when i saw yhe vest i was actually super hyped. I'm a stealth player, which is mostly flanking but it's nice having the option to slow down or hide for a second. So I have preference to classic ghost, but campers ruin that so I still support moving ghost. I think a downside they should've added to make this more of an assassin vest, is you can only have snapshots/smokes for tacticals, and throwing knives/stars for your lethal. I also think it would help at least a little to remove the glove slot, I think with this vest having one gear slot for something like cold blooded or the signal jammer is important for trap or streak countering, but I do think this should probably have more downsides. Idk, I'd like for them to experiment with limiting what you fan choose in certain slots, as a way of still having balanced upsides whilst also making the vests more defined and limited to a playstyle in new ways. Either way I'm personally excited for the vest, I like having Ghost, I like temporarily holding positions or waiting by a corner for an execution, but that's just me we'll see how people are gonna cheese this vest

Which is also funny when you consider that to even get an UAV up requires killing people without an UAV in the first place. To get a UAV you must play like everyone has free Ghost.

I believe this is the most content in a single season ever. For me most fun since advanced warfare and clan wars!! This cod would destroy all cods before it if they just said screw it and got rid of skill base match making all together. People who quit cod years ago because of sbmm would return. Not gonna lie, I’m so fucking hype with SHG’s experimentation and creativity with weapon diversity. That was a big fear of mine but seeing how many different variations of weapons on top of additional weapons is giving me peak interest.

I have a question for anyone that’s reading: when they add new weapons, does that add to the amount of camo grind that I need for I do? It would suck if that was the case, because it would massively disadvantage anyone who didn’t get interstellar in the first few weeks. For example, I’ve been working on the LMG’s atm, getting them them all up to gold before moving to platinum, and I was on the last one and noticed it said to unlock gold on FOUR LMG’s to gold in order to progress… when I started the grind I’m pretty sure there was only 3 of them and they added this one behind the stupid weekly challenges. That seems crazy, if the more guns that get released this happens again and again each time I feel pressured and to smash and grind super hard to try and eventually get interstellar. Also, this new LMG is behind challenges that I’m going to really struggle to complete because it has requirements to use after market parts that don’t even have, so if that weekly challenge disappears and I never unlock that new gun, does that block me from getting platinum on any of my LMGs?? Someone please help out here because if something like is happening then the camo grind also feels like it’s rigged to lose and the motivation and enjoyment aspect of that focus loses all the fun and renders all the work I’m put in totally redundant. Hope I’m wrong!
The camo challenge actually gets easier the more weapons are released. You need think it’s 36 weapons to get the ultimate camo. Since it’s not based off categories the more weapons come out the easier it is to pick and choose skipping the weapons you find annoying .

you keep seasonal stuff forever and they will still be available to unlock next season too. dont buy a battlepass at the end of the season it will be deactivated. blackcell is just a more expensive battlepass it works the exact same way you only get more stuff.

I think they should add an advanced counter uav that is invisible and can’t be shot down … the downsides to balance it would be it’s up in the air 15% less time than a regular counter and it requires more kills to get … and then a pack of dogs too 🫡
The reason I think that is because my counters get shot down instantly everytime I pop one since it only takes a few bullets to shoot down

Interesting. The AMR9 in advanced warfare claimed to be double barrel and I never understood that. It's obviously not. Maybe they planned on having a double barrel option in cod aw?
If they keep this momentum all year, this will be a phenomenal year. I had low expectations given what we knew before and how things changed, but my goodness... I am blown away by how much we're getting so far. I am very pleased and I really hope they keep this going forward. If they _do_, it shows that Sledge, for all their faults, _does_ have us, the players, at the top of their list. Within reason of course. More so than Infinity Ward does anyway.
I still vote for AW and WWII maps remaster though. I'd love to see some goodies from those games to return.

Assassin Vest is definitely over powered but I would still stick with engineer vest if they buff the existing ghost gear so that it doesnt turn off as easily. That way I get to keep my equipment which I find very important
A permanent ghost perk makes so much more sense over covert sneakers where you literally can't hear anyone. at least if they're hidden on the map I can still hear them

I don’t think the assassin vest is OP, I think of it as essentially give you two pieces of gear, one being ghost, but then gives you no vest. Compared to the CCT comma vest, assuming you pick ghost as gear.
CCT vest: gives larger mini map and radar pings with no equipment
Assassin vest: gives equipment but no field upgrade.
CCT vest is the obvious choice for me

@@Nytaxia the current ghost I see as permanent active as well if you are using it properly. All you have to do is swirl in a circle which is basically not moving. I sit in corners with the current ghost all the time while moving and no one sees it coming

100% agree, ive been rubbing CCT comms vest w ghost and bone conduction. its way better than assassins vest imo and ill continue to run it. The benefits from cct coms vest and the information you get for yourself and your team im surprised more people dont use it. Hopefully everyone complains about assassins vest and CCT stays untouched

revolver conversion looks insane. like the renetti. but i still prefer the cor45 conversion, even though it still remains semi auto and doesn't look as crazy, its so unique, coz u get a binary trigger, meaning when u press ur trigger or mouse button to shoot, and when u release, it shoots again.
