How does a father kill his son for money? It's beyond my scope of comprehension.

    • @kari7403
      @kari7403 5 лет назад +60

Yeah, I don't get that either. If I were a multimillionaire and one of my kids died, I would give every last penny and swear away all the money I would make for the rest of my life, if it would somehow bring back my kid.
And yet you have "parents" out there, who would and do kill their kid/s for as little as $10,000. I just can't fathom how anyone could do that. And even thinking about how they planned it out, makes my skin crawl. That's one area of murderers I have a really hard time facing or understanding. I've always been fascinated with psychological profiling. But those who kill their children... I don't even want to think about trying to get in their head. Or try to see things from their perspective.
To me, thats the ultimate evil. The ultimate betray of trust and goes against all natural instinct. Parents are supposed to protect their children. Thats why, even as adults, people's children often still rely on their parents for emotional support and often have a much stronger bond and level of trust than with most other people. They are wired to trust their parents. And to have your parent kill you for money...
      😒😢😢😢😢

To keep this post as short as possible, let me just be short and kind of blunt about the story I am going to tell. But it could upset sensitive people.
My mother married my stepfather when I was 5. He immediately started making hard core porn a fixture in my life. I was just starting kindergarten when I came down with pneumonia, which to this day has a serious impact on my life - my lungs are pretty scarred up from it.
My recovery was long, and when it was over, my stepfather convinced my mother to not allow me to return to school. He said that I was unnaturally bad, (think Damien from the Omen, I'm not kidding) and that if my mother did not hand me over to him to be - what? - I don't know what to cali it, training I guess. If she did not hand me over to him and his superior methods of child development (He had no kids, btw) not only would I be an ongoing discipline problem throughout 12 years of school, but I would never be popular among my peers, would die old and alone. This pneumonia, he said, was a golden opportunity to remold my personality before school began for real in 1st grade. She did it - I was kept out of kindergarten and he spent the rest of the year basically experimenting on my soul.
There rest of my childhood was weird, isolated and violent. As my stepfather, a born again Baptist alcoholic porn freak sexual sadist worked on my mother's perception of me, she valued me less and less, he got away with more and more, and my extended family also believed, over time, that I am just BAD, without any concrete evidence to base their opinion on. Only my mother's mother stands by me, so my mother begins spreading rumors about her, and I could see her position in the family dropping. Over time they spoke to her with less and less deference, until they were openly condescending to her while speaking. I was treated the same way.
In my mother's marriage was a long running issue about wanting wall to wall carpeting in our house, which was a fixer upper. They did not fight about it, but it was just "there". This will be important later.
Parents like this will often control you, and make you feel like family loyalty is what it is all about. I was like that. We'd all been close knit until my mother married the creep. I wanted that back. My mother and aunt took jobs at a new department store just going into a local mall. They thought I should work there too - a mistake by the way. When the store was almost ready to open, all employees were required to attend a meeting one evening. They went over our benefits package then.
Here's where an already bad situation gets even weirder, and this is when I was forced to face the reality that my mother would be willing to kill me for insurance $$$: At one point they announced that we all were eligible, from day one, to a death benefit of 1200.00. That'll put you in the ground and that's about it.
My mother went into overdrive. "You put mine and daddy's name right there, put mine and daddy's name right there," over and over. She was on my right, and I am right-handed, so she could not see the line where I was to write. She was trying to lean over the table to see what I was writing. I had a flash where I could see me rolling down the steps in our house, mom at the top of the stairs, and a voice in my head said, "about two weeks".
She clearly was thinking about the wall to wall carpeting. For the first time, I got to experience my blood running cold. Up until then, it had only been a figure of speech. I did not feel safe.
I had to think, fast. So I wrote my grandmother's name in as my beneficiary. When I moved my hand away, my mother, eagerly looking to see her name, was FURIOUS.
Not long after that, I moved out, but it was bad. I never did really recover from them. But at least I escaped.
So yeah, I know what it is to have your mother assess your life as being worth 1200.00. Those people are out there. Glad I escaped mine. If it ever happens to you, I hope you escape yours.

Like Elsa said, the kid's life insurance will carry over into their adult life. Insome of them, the kid can actually cash them out for less than its worth, when they are 18 or keep it in place and maintain a $500,000 to $1,000,000 life insurance policy while only paying like $11 to $30 a month for it.
Its good to have some kind of life insurance policies on all family members. A basic funeral/burial with casket n all that is like $10,000 minimum. But usually closer to $15,000-$20,000. And that doesnt usually include the tomb stone. Which can run into the thousands itself, easily.

Like looking at the past hundred or so years from the conception of life insurance, so many heinous murders have been committed by both men and women. During the turn of the century, you were more likely to be poisoned by your "lover" for your life insurance. To be honest if you date a man or a woman who's previous spouses all died or dissapeared in weird ways, run for the hills.

It is very unusual for any life insurance on a child to be more than funeral costs. The insurance company itself should have been suspicious. Policies that large are usually only on the head of the family who is paying the premium himself. (To provide for his family if anything happens to him). Who on Earth takes a huge policy out on a child, but doesn't have one for himself? Someone should have seen that redflag.

We have to ask the questions twice, it's just more assurance for us, the company and the police officers. The first time the caller might not be collected so the second answer is the golden one. So that they dont try to change the story or so that they say more info without probing.
