Great idea man, godspeed. If you get far enough to make a playable alpha, you may consider going to kickstarter so you can fund a team to work on the game with you. I sure would love to see something like this.

hello Owring ! Not sure if this is the appropriate place to contact you but here it goes... I wanted to ask... Do you have a back up copy of the original "Black-mesa Disaster on one map" video. I am willing to pay for it! It really helped me deal with my PTSD... i used to play it as i fall asleep every once in a while... i wish i could articulate more but i really liked that video... it was theraputic for me... it helped me stay calm when im anxious. I appreciate that someone reuploaded it with different music but the original video you created had an excellent soundtrack. If it is possible to buy it from you please let me know. I will transfer funds electronically. My budget is 50 USD... Thanks

The video always gave me goosebumps. It really lets you take in the totality of the Black Mesa Incident story line. And how the Intro Music along with the Speaker Announcement System Messages is laid out... it totally hooks you in. For me the sequence has become a Meditative Induction technique. My mind usually gets cluttered with random noises and repetative overthinking throughout the day. So watching the Resonance Cascade Sequence with that awesome Trent Renzor soundtrack is as hypnotic as it gets. It creates this perfect Trance like environment which calms my overheating brain and lets it cool down. Reliving this childhood fantasy of the Black mesa incident with a God-like perspective from this video... it really gives you this nostalgic, empowering, comforting and euphoric feeling. The Half life anthology is more than a Sci fi FPS game to me. It is the reason i jumped continents and became a scientist and its Story has encouraged me to explore various philosophical theories ranging from topics like freedom of choice, freewill, transhumanism, bioethics, identity etc etc. The Half life Narrative has been my Religious Scriptures, capturing the Physics and Meta-Physics of what Contemporary human knowledge can Model. To me its the greatest story ever told. And your video Captures all this complexity and presents it in such a simple, tangible, graspable way... Its Poetic... It gives the watcher this High level perspective of things... its the perfect visual material to loose yourself into. And by the middle of the video, once military takes over... All that Radio Static and Military chatter makes this perfect white noise to just pass out to. Strangely enough listening to the military communication counter-intuitively calms my Anxiety and puts me to a tension free sleep. Anyways, a bit long reply... but i wanted to explain how your video helps me ... it is to me ... a masterpiece... It is more enjoyble and though-provoking than the latest Kazzilion dollar Action Blockbuster they are peddeling this year. I really wish more people would appreciate art like this... the intermingling of 3D sci fi environment, 2D Data visualization on a map and and the Awesome soundtrack and ambience... its Amazing! Please dont hesitate to let me know in what way i can support you.... please let me know of a payment method, I would rather let you have my money, instead of giving it to the crappy media industry of today... lol.
