Besides being hilariously entertained by your Kpop reactions, I’m using what you’re teaching to reflect on past situations. Unfortunately I’ve had a lot of bad communication experiences, but your channel is giving me food for thought on why I might’ve been perceived differently than I had hoped. It’s true guys. When you work in a customer service line especially call centre then you know how difficult it is to win people when they only hear your voice. That’s why we had training how to become more natural and convincing. I think they applied this to those scammers as well LOL

I think people often forget or purposely ignore how much important emotional intelligence and people skills are. It helps you in your job, it helps you understand others better and grow in your personality, and it helps you when it comes to interpersonal relationships

I have a trainer at my previous work , he did an EQ seminar with us and he probably is one of my favorite speakers.. the way he draw ur attention when he speak. He listens and you would really listen, this is why I love your channel, lots of insights , lots of things to learn.
