I really like the bottom step and the easier latch opener. Those catches on each side could hurt your hands sometimes. Also looks lighter than the metal models.
that would be a worthwhile replacement for my 6' ladder when it wears out. I will admit that I've stepped off the second run of ladders more times than all my other ladder mishaps combined. addendum: I consider one of their telescoping ladders to use as a stairwell ladder every once in a while. and that would be my more likely replacement for my 6 footer.
This looks great! A little suggestion for the next generation of little Giant ladders. Deeper foot pads so we're not leaning on the ladders and using our whole foot. Will save our knees in the long run.
I have to give credit to little giants for the king Kombo design of leaning ladder, a frame and extension ladder I enjoy mine and don't regret the purchase, but I think they fell asleep at the wheel as werner has the leansafex5 which would probably be my go to these days since you can adjust the non-climbing side for stairs and such for that one step extra versatility.
I'm trying to look for this exact 6'-10' ladder with the "quad pod" (which enables you to lean on a 2x4 stud while fully extended ) on the little giant website and from the links provide on the video, I cannot find it. Is this an attachment or can I buy this ladder with all the bells and whistles, if yes where? Please share link.
they should have put that last step one up. this way when you are going down and it clicks, it signals that you have just 1 more step to go before ground.
I mean yeah but this is meant for you to keep going until you hear the click. You dont hear it, dont come off that ladder. The other requires some more guess work, an extra step if you will.
Can't tell you how many times i have missed that last step. They say watch that first step she's a doozy. Try missing that last step, now that's a doozy and a back breaker.
@littlegiant My 1.0 bottom ring cue doesn't work anymore due to design flaw.. it allows for dust and debri to collect in there and now the spring mechanism doesn't work anymore and this was just just lightly indoors so far
@@SparkyChannel am checking to see if my warranty is still under a year.. I will be calling them regardless but maybe if am still under a year I can take it to the store (Lowes) it still had the protective plastic on it from shipping
No wonder I was able to get the Little Giant King Combo 1.0 on clearance at Lowes last summer for $51.17. I love the additions to the 2.0 version.
Good buy on the 1.0!
Those are some major improvements. Excellent ladder to begin with.
I agree! Thanks!

Best part is the spring on the bottom step, all ladders should have that

Sounds good. Those big rubber feet would make it safer as a stairwell ladder.
@@SparkyChannel biggest problem with the telescoping little giants is the weight.
I love my little giant 22’…I love this one. Can’t wait to buy and use it. Thanks Bill
So true I’ve step off the ladder two step height lots of times.

Great idea! I would be all for that.
Great video and ladder! Both of you wonderfully demonstrated the ladder and this video makes me want one! Thanks Bill!
No problem, thanks!
ive had this for a few months. its awesome. use it for washing windows.
Great to hear!
Thanks Mr. Bill, for the good information and the great videos!
I say hi to you from Memphis,Tennessee!
Happy new year 🎆,also!
Hi from San Diego. I loved staying in Nashville for a bit. It's a fun city! Happy New Year!

Werner's are great as well. The more competition, the better for us.

How is the warranty? I can see that plastic release breaking in the 1st year.
1 year warranty. They know how long it will take to break.
It looked pretty sturdy to me. I guess we'll know in a year.
Really nice ladder.
I agree!
Great video Bill keep it up.
Thanks Aaron, will do!
Thanks Bill 😎🛠️😎🛠️😎
My pleasure, thanks!
Great video
Thanks
Thanks Tommy!
Nice ladder and good vid ... Thx ...
We had a little time between round 1 and 2 so we shot this video. Trevor did a good job!
I'd like to see the leveler's on the two feet similar to the other ladders they made.
Good idea!

Pretty small ladder
We love them
Right on!

I've done it too. it's quite a surprise when you do hit the ground!

Have you called Little Giant?

@@gusc6785 I would call Little Giant first. I'm sure they'll take care of it.
