    Really appreciate how straight & to the point your videos are. Good information. I'm definitely tight in my hamstrings and I feel it's the limiting factor for me. I find spreading my legs out to get my hips closer helps out a bit, and I'm usually on the front of my toes to try and lean into my hands as much as possible. Not sure if this is good technique or if I should be focusing more on hamstring mobility to stop compensating.

      Appreciate the comment mate, thanks. Hard to know without seeing your form, but it doesn’t sound like too much of a deal breaker spreading the feet wider and going right onto front of toes. Provided your elbows are tucked and head touches out in front you’re good to go 👌 just start adding some hamstring stuff into your warm up and it will come man. All the best 💪
