where did the energy go that I felt as a kid on the day before a field trip? where has it gone?
It was the anticipation of a good time. Now as adults we become jaded and for me at least I play "what can go wrong this time " until It's to late to go out and do whatever I wanted to do.

Nobody, you save to much lives with your playlist work. I'm not talking just for myself, i read a lot of comments on your videos, i read my own comments when i was having really hard days. And you help us a lot. Those videos are a safe place, are the sound that silence the anxiety voices and most destrutive thougts.
I wish, for all of us who let a comment talking about hard is our life, we could change it and just remember those coments as a bad past moment.
Also, i wish you the best, and make your dreams true. You deserve it this and more. I hope the heaven exist, only for you could reach it someday.

Funny I see this, because I was stuck in bed- by Choice! I checked in a hotel for three days, and did nothing but slept, ate, watched tv, read a book, and slept some more. Other than getting up to go to the bathroom, that's it, lol! For me, that was three days of much needed solitude. Bliss. And this would've been the soundtrack.

I fell asleep to this and woke up to see I’d missed it. I’m not missing it now. I think this is what comfort and ease sounds like.

yesterday was A Day, so im very glad you put out this playlist, nobody.
i find it hard to get out of bed most days but today was worse than most. whether it was because of the amount of anxiety attacks i had yesterday, being cornered and people trying to touch me (/nx), or because of how mentally taxing it was, i could barely get out of bed to let my dog out.
im honestly grateful for this playlist and all your other ones. i use Spotify more often than RUclips, so i can listen to them anywhere.

Perfect playlist for me as I seem to feel most depressed when I wake up in the mornings, making it hard to leave my bed everyday.
I feel really comfortable with this playlist. Sometimes we just have a day like this, we are down in the dumps, miserable or simpy our energy is low. This feeling is negative on the one hand, but on the other there's something profound in it. We can just let the stormy ocean of our minds calm down. Even if we don't get better, we can at least relax. I hope you don't have such days too often, but if they happen from time to time - don't worry, my friend, it's alright 🌟
Also I love the fact all those people look like they must have gone through something really terrible, but they managed to deal with it, and now they can have a rest they deserve to start living again

I find it amazing that such minimalistic instrumental music can hit me so hard and even conjure a lot of mental imagery. I wish none of us were ever stuck in a bed, but at the same time knowing that so many of us are or have been makes me feel less insane. Whoever you are, I'm right there with you.

just discovered this one just when I needed it, depression and various problems including substance abuse for a very long time, staying clean/sober has been tough lately with what's been going on, it all has been pretty bad lately so getting out of my bed has ya know been, well tough lately, haven't been sleeping good either, these kinds of playlists always bring me a bit of comfort in these times, and I hope it does something similar for others too, I've struggled with things like this my entire life so this does genuinely at least provide a bit of hope in knowing there's others around who've gone through similar or sometimes worse and that nobody really is alone out there even though (in my case most times) sometimes it feels that way, Love your channel I'm glad I found it a while ago, thank you for uploading these and please continue, music is quite powerful anyways:)
