Bull.. they are the worst people to try and talk to.. nobody on that number knows what the heck they are doing.. they are rude as hell and just hang up on you.. my card has been blocked from the day I purchased it.. 6 days now with nobody knowing how to fix it.. SCAM if you ask me..Meanwhile Walmart or green dot is making interest on everybody with this "Issue" I have $300 frozen in there with only Walmart/Green dot bank benefiting from it.

No they don't answer the phone and never email you. Totally illegal.

They cannot help.. it is printed on the receipt that they are not able to assist with issues.. I tried..👎💩
