Yooo whattup RJ! Keep them vids goin! For this Walmart MoneyCard bonus, I had a real direct deposit from my employer on Feb 28th. Terms & Conditions says bonus will post within 48hours. Until now I still haven't gotten that referral bonus. I reached out to their CS via chat and on phone calling them multiple times and giving me hard time w the bonus. Seems like their customer service is from a different country bc the times I called for the bonus, they had funny accents lol! Anyways I went filed a CFPB couple days ago, hopefully they can help w the bonus

I think it's Green Dot bank who runs this product and puts Walmart branding on it. CFPB is the way to go, I had to do that with another Green Dot product months ago. Good luck and keep me posted
Both the Referred and the referrer need to make the DD in 45 days in order to receive the SUB. The first two sentences of the T& C clearly say what the requirements are. Did your referrer do their DD in 45 days?
@RunonTheBank they finally paid after filing a complaint w the CFPB and green dot contacted me about it today. The transaction shows as "customer courtesy/Misc Credit"
This doesn’t work bro I’ve signed up and refered someone waited a week after direct deposit hit and I haven’t got nothing it’s about time I give them a call and when I did reach to live agent he said it wasn’t such thing as a $50 bonus for signing up
I'd file a CFPB complaint. It's clearly a thing with their own documentation provided. If they want to make it difficult, make them pay
