    $15 per call it's not enough, that make rich (insurance)people riches.
    Better be an independent road side assistant and charge a minimum of $75 per call.
    There are too many site where to advertise for free

    I would also recommend a torque wrench. I run my own roadside and repair company and I always use my torque wrench. It just looks more professional and is safer. I only use the old style of manual torque wrench since they don’t need to be calibrated.

    Why is a hammer needed ?

    • @dailydad6335
      @dailydad6335 4 месяца назад

      You need to hammer in a socket for lug nuts that need a lock in the event the customer lost the socket key and need changing flat tyre. It happened to me.

    Im a certified road side assistance service tech pro...the impact gun is a must and regardles of what you get and price-you cant go wrong. We use Milwaukee's and most cars will have had service where someone used an impact and you wont get them off wiithout one. A heavy metal head hammer is also going to b needed for seized up wheels.

      Wth is a certified roadside assistance service tech pro? You’re extra. You’re also giving bad advice with the heavy metal hammer non sense. Use a dead blow or you’ll bend and damage customer’s rims. Jeez.

    How do you get calls from clubs or insurance companies?

    • @theroadsidedriver857
      @theroadsidedriver857  6 лет назад +3

      The first thing you have to do is fill out a application on their site then you’ll need commercial liability insurance. Whatever the motor club you’re applying to requires. Most clubs require a minimum of a $500000 policy but policies are very inexpensive now.
