  • No charges will be laid against the police officer who shot and killed Don Dunphy in 2015, the RCMP said Tuesday.

How can this RCMP officer state the police investigation was unbiased when the RCMP called Joe Smyth immediately after he murdered Don Dunphy to offer his heartfelt condolence. The RCMP should be out of the picture on this crime scene so real justice can come to the victim and his family.

It is so upsetting thinking that that cop can kill a man for his opinion,or even show up at people's door on a sunday,un annonced, because of what you say in a tweet.
It was not even a threat in the messages, even the police advocate could not find something to blame.
      Shame on this police department.
Send all officers at a de escalating training, asap.

Here is a sterling example of police bafflegab...it is obvious due to an overwhelming numbers of incidents wherein police(especially RCMP) commit serious offenses against citizens frequently and then we get these "talking heads" who present essentially deflecting comments to keep their employers(we the citizens) uninformed of the blatant misconduct and cover-ups. This tragic incident screams for justice. Smyth, has probably committed murder and the "thin blue line" unites to protect one of their own from facing truth and justice for their criminal acts. Never trust or believe any police gang member.

So he breaks into the house and confronted the victim to take care of the problem he had with him. Shoots him and finds a old gun and put a bullet in but the gun doesn't work because it's so old. Very nice story the cops told but didn't take finger prints of the gun or bullet. Hmmm sounds like a hit man.

    Missing questions:
    1. Will the details of the ASIRT report be made public following the conclusion of the (presumed) upcoming public inquiry?
    And
    2. Will the details of the RCMP's investigation of the RNC be made public following the conclusion of the (presumed) upcoming public inquiry?
