    Cops doing what saves lives,,,,I think. Not to mention I never saw the spotter wearing a seat belt. Cops must be above the law too.

    In Victoria BC the coined a new phrase (a few years ago) called Crotch Watching....people looking at cell phones that are down on their laps.

    Good job RNC. This is a good use of taxpayer dollars and bringing in revenue as well. No one likes enforcement but it's the only thing some people understand. This was just off Avalon Mall area but i'd like to see some enforcement around schools and mornings/evenings when kids walking home. Not only in St. John's but around all areas of NL. Thanks for the good work!!

    When I was a child I wanted to be a Police officer now that I'm grown I see them as gangs if you really wanna help people be a Fireman they are nice people
