Small units like this w/ little oversight are prime to corruptions...... too often they'll start doing things to earn monies
& it only goes downhill from that point. The power/control they have over people can be abused so easily & it's done
everyday in the name of Law/Justice..... Hopefully they are honest & I hope they remain safe. peace

it accomplishes a chance for them to get clean from drugs in jail or a hospital.....

It gives them a chance to mingle with other criminals and to get high in the pen there is no programs no care for the mentally ill
