So you like seeing people go through struggles/pain when they are trying to get away from it all on vacation when your lucky enough to live there? Wow.
There is 0% chance, the "hotel told them" to park in a numbered spot. What *might have happened* was they were told if they saw an UNNUMBERED spot they could park there. But definitely not a numbered one.
I've watched several of your videos on these parking spaces in Gatlinburg, and almost every person has the same story. I wonder if the hotel is actually telling them to park there? Also, i love the videos. I live somewhat local to the area, so its cool to see videos from a local area.
Someone told me to park here. I'm from out of town. There were a bunch of other cars parked there. I didn't see any sign. They should have found me and asked me to move.
I would suggest you not say anything as you are the independent towing company in these situations. Let them hash it out, and you just tow the cars. Being frustrated is understandable, but taking it out on the wrong people is dumb
Jeff and his wife are so nice to people. Great channel.
I'm sitting here watching this, saying out loud, "Why are they still talking to that woman"? Honestly, she has nothing to do with it, besides being in charge of private property. It's such a mute situation.
They continue with her because they think it makes for a good vidio.
@@douglasr.c.5622Yeah. I don’t understand why these two people constantly engage with the car owners. You would think they have learned by now that all it does is escalate things.
I’ve watched a bunch of your videos today. Main takeaway is Gatlinburg has an extreme shortage of parking spots.
Most tourist spots do
@@buckthomas1988and most cash in massively on paid car parks. Gatlinburg at $20, though expensive, is far from the worst.
I live near Amsterdam, they charge $15 per HOUR, no limit. AND the city police have a nice little scam going where they'll remove the no parking signs for a few hours, then put them back and clamp or town everyone.
And yes, they got caught on camera doing it.
Free,ya mean. Pay to park.
@@jwenting funny, Americans are gaslit to believe that Western Europe is civilized 😂😅
Don’t know if I just missed it..but your garage has really grown in the up direction….looking great 😊
That 2nd group picking up their car. What lovely people----sarcasm intended. God bless you for dealing with people like this.
Jeff, u and Kristen do a great job dealing with people, I know that can be hard, I worked public work 41 years, it definitely can be tough. Thanks for another great 👍🏻 video. From Kentucky 😀
Yep, Kristen caught the little whiner off guard when she asked him why didn’t he ask permission to park there. She and Jeff are AWESOME and they have so much patience to be able to deal with dumb and dumber. Kids….gotta learn the hard way…it’s not always about them
You’ll have to master the art of picking hard to grab vehicles from under the driver/passenger seats (backside of front wheels), to manoeuvre them enough for the pickup
Knoxville here. I used to go to Gatlinburg ritually I never understood how come parking is so complicated. There are signs every where.
Been going to Gatlinburg forever, you, me and 14 million other visitors every year never had a problem.
Another great video. You two keep calm in bad situations. Great job. Stay safe.
Looks like a beautiful place live. I bet it’s peaceful when your not dealing with this kind of stuff.
Which car? The best looking one you got 😂🤣😂😭🙌
She hasn't seen very many car's. She thinks a Hyundai Palisade is the best looking thing. That's methed up 😂
This episode should be titled “Unhappy feet, dance of the chest puffins”. I absolutely love this channel
Howdy, Y'all! Come to Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge, Tennessee! Happy times watching your car, truck, boat, motorcycle or trailer get towed away! Then enjoy the exquisite pleasure of the added expense to recovery your vehicles! Gatlinburg & Pigeon Forge is the place to be for some real fun! It makes RUclips watchers of this channel happy! Makes for the very best in your vacation experience! You are going to LOVE it! 🥰
I live a few hours from there and have been there hundreds of times and have never had my car towed because I pay to park or I find the areas there that are public parking but mostly I pay to park because they are closer to the activities.
It's not like she was working at a job and had anything better to do than knock on every door to be nice and ask them to leave.
That kid in the socks was just trying to get out of the tow
He was whiny.
Wow the nerve of some people. You guys have the patience of saints, treat everyone with respect while holding firm to your policies. Thanks for another awesome video!
Aww poor little rich boy didn't get his way 😔
Who was the rich boy? Most of these folks can't scrape together $150 for the drop fee.
spot 26 and 27 sure does cause a lot of trouble for people.
Yes they do!!
Do a smell T-Shirt murch in the works lol
And those spots sure make a lot of money for others.... Lol
In the end the kid says" it's not worth arguing about." I'm screaming: everybody KNEW that all along! And the mouthy kid is just NOW figuring that out.
Oh, yeah. Not enough parking spaces where you're staying? Just park on someone else's property without permission. And then expect the owner of that property to hunt you down to move your car. Sorry, bud...it don't work that way. The tow company will get called every time and you'll pay to get your car back.
When in Rome, Mind your manners
The world is a tough place when you get to thinking it revolves around you.
As Colonel Potter once said: "I've got little children telling me I can't play with their toys....."
I loved that show….colonel potter was the best !!
Soooo funny how they will go into the business to ask where their car is but NOT to ask to park there in the first place.
My company told me to park on someone else’s property when I had a leak. I refused and took the afternoon off to replace the water pump. Thanks for the time off without using vacation
Just started watching your channel but wanted to say all the people that aren't your fans come to gatlinburg and have to pay to visit you. You might be one of the biggest attractions there.
Cash money ? Yes ma’am, that’s the green paper people used to use to buy things before they became massively in debt to impress people that they’ve never met.
Really like your show. Stumbled across it one day and keep watching
The entitlement ppl have these days, absolutely ridiculous! This is 1 major issue with this Country, you mess up u own it! It's not on anybody else to come find you & have u move your car smh..
OMG, that last clip! That young man was just “DENSE”. Really pitiful.🤦🏻♀️
Love what your doing with the shop !
Great video guys! Thanks for sharing and letting me tag along!
Hello from the Netherlands and thanks for the video EA-team
These are definitely some of my most favorite videos to watch definitely applaud y’all’s patience in dealing with these people while we were on vacation we had to go swing by and check out the notorious parking spots love watching y’all guys!!
Next time one of these illegal parkers says someone told them they could park there, I would ask them did you ask that person who told you that if they are the owner of the property? Let's call the owner and see if you got permission to park here.
IF I ever find myself in Gatlinburg I dang sure am not going to park in Space 27,28,29,or 30! that is expensive parking!
Those kids you had to deal with on the Clip were lucky to get it back for $150.00 drop fee. There should have been a bad attitude assessment fee, and an extra $100 I have entitlement fee! I say $350.00 seems fair to me!
You've heard and seen more variety of people than most with a towing company. 👍 Thick skin and patients is the results because you two are amazing people. 💒🙏💕😇
That last guy at the wrong rental office is the kid who aggravated the pee wine out of his mom until she said yes.
Jeff, don't say, "I got cha." They already feel that way. Like you GOT THEM. Say, "I feel your pair or something." Love your movies and arguments.
Pain not pair. Sorry.
Definitely don't want to say "pair".
My wife asked me why I like watching these. I told her I watch these because all the time we lived in Gburg and put up with inconsiderate people with vacation brains, it gives me pleasure to see them get towed and have to pay to get their car back. Sad, I know. 😜
This. At the very least the hotel is not being clear on where to park. And possibly they are actually telling people to park in the wrong place.
Someone told me to park here.
I'm from out of town.
There were a bunch of other cars parked there.
I didn't see any sign.
They should have found me and asked me to move.
He gets kick backs
@@dotar9586 You forgot "this is no way to treat visitors".😂😂😂
@@thomas25082 nah, people just come up with uncreative lies.
I would suggest you not say anything as you are the independent towing company in these situations. Let them hash it out, and you just tow the cars. You guys are the best in the business so far as I see. I've done work for a few towing companies, and they just didn't care about damages, feelings, situations, nothing. Keep up the good work!!! You are in a tough business.
How did you get your start in towing? What made the lightbulb go on in your head to invest in a tow truck?
I’m glad we get to see Covin more often.
If you are staying at Westgate, they should stay parked in front of the building they are in and ride the shuttle down to the water park
I like the illegal park videos so much that my next trip to Gatlinburg I will be going around directing people to park at Five Guys, space 29, the candy store, etc.
And after your time comes, ol' Lucifer will be waitin for ya on your trip down the Styx River, with that smokin hot pitchfork!
"The best lookin' one you got...the Hyundai Palisade."
Wow. I guess beauty really is in the eye of the beholder.
or.. you know.. "irony".. sarcasm..
@@C0MPUTERPHILE Nah, both Nissan and Hyundai owners are notorious for this mindset. Both companies like to make their cars look sporty and luxurious, which buyers seem to believe, when in reality they're basically putting low quality lipstick on a pig.
Hyundai doesn't deserve that pedestal of "best looking" but to each their own I guess
At least this woman had a sense of humour
@@MFS45I know I’m late to these videos; cause I just found this channel and I cannot get enough of it! … but I agree with you on this!
The last clip those guys were nuts. They must have known they were illegal parked because they came up when you got there? I wonder if they had been drinking because they couldn’t seem to understand it wasn’t their rental company. That poor woman sounded like she was ready to see them leave for sure. There was no reason for them to act that way at all. Susan
Dawwww....bless they little hearts....no consideration for consequences of their own actions. Kristin good on you with the other ( common sense) side! Jeff as always I appreciate the professional and firm approach. Much respect for you both 👍
I like how you show the car clip when they call you.
Some folks are just entitled idiots! Good for Kristin for speaking up!
Definitely one of my new favorite channels..
I'm curious to know how far away the office for the rental company they DID use, was from the one where they parked.
Lucky you didn't hook it and book it. Saying is you catch more Flys with honey than vinegar. Safe travels and roads Brian and Cindy. "Xtreambydesign with passion "
I don't know how you guys keep your cool. Those entitled bros excel at not freaking listening.
THIS 👏 IS 👏 NOT 👏 YOUR 👏 RENTAL 👏 COMPANY.
Great job diffusing that situation. y'all have great de escalation skills!
Boy I love it when someone is in the wrong and blames it on everyone else. The last bunch were so rude when they were in the wrong all along. Geez I don’t have the patience lol. Great job as always 👏
gosh looking back i dont know how you coped with such a small lot
The last confrontation is the result of the victim narrative. People have been taught that they are a victim therefore it could never be their own fault when things go wrong. Personal responsibility is out the window. It's sad watching the direction that society is being led...
I donno. I don’t think it’s victim mentality nowadays that people claim. The way I was raise (many decades ago) is that you got to account for things to happen. So you get towed cause they tell you wrong and management denies it? Then leave a bad review. But yelling at the frontline worker doesn’t work well. We need to teach our kids this lesson. I hope my boys learned it well.
LOVE IT "They told us to park there, so I am NOT paying for this." Do not argue, I would say It will be here when you are ready. 🤣😂We were told to park at the rental office. This is NOT your rental office. Where is our rental office?
Jeff , you guys stay so calm. Iam not sure everyone could do that , some of those people can be very difficult . Your shop is looking really good , Mike said you can never have enough room in your shop! Be safe guys! Have a nice Easter
Seems a little advantageous that the hotel calls you to deal with this very regular accordance of parking in the “wrong” lot.
Never a dull moment! LOL... Thumbs UP guys! 👍
I couldn't not notice that you are expanding you shop. I enjoy watching the video's and professional marksmanship on day to day vehicle hook and tow. But,...I would like to see a video with start to finishing of shop expansion. Good job Jeff!
