    I don't really cry when I'm sad. I only ever cry when there is so much anger boiling inside me but can't get out

    This is very helpful information. Thank you! I was starting to think maybe I am a 4 because the experts always talk about how 9's are calm cool and collected and I do wear my emotions on my sleeve when I am frazzled. I always have to go back to my core motivations, fears, and beliefs to confirm that 9 makes sense on the inside for me.

    Thank you Heather, this helped me relax a bit knowing there are other ways to process anger without needing to have big outbursts that don't resolve the underlying issues. My thoughts are definitely a big contributing factor that perpetuate or even create anger in me so I will work on mindfulness and see where I'm creating the anger that doesn't need to be there :)
