Managing pain before ADR surgery is relatively easy with the help of over the counter medication. While your method of management will vary depending on what kind of pain you’re experiencing, most central pain (back or neck) can be treated with anti-inflammatory pills such as Tylenol and most nerve pain (arms or legs) is treated with nerve medications such as Gabapentin or Lyrica.
