It's been awhile but dang well worth the wait.
Super glad you're back! I was afraid someone got the rona and didn't do well. Glad you guys are safe and back at it! Always great videos, great how to and recipes!
Looks fantastic, will definitely be trying this out. Meat Church rubs have changed my bbq world! Looking forward to weekly videos for sure. Your Traeger Kitchen Live videos have also been incredible. Keep up the great work!
Looks delicious!
Nice! Love Meat Church Seasonings! Use many of Matt's techniques on my Traeger. 🇺🇸🍻
Awesome cook and video sir.
Nice!
Epic!! I'm coming up that way in about a week, i hope i get to me the legend matt himself and take a tour of the meat church and eat some of that great bbq!!
Love your stuff, just wish you did more videos!
We are now. Should be weekly!
Love you guys. High quality videos. Add more meat types. People want to experiment. Lamb? Game? Lamb honey, hoisen, and sesame loins? Gimmie that.
Could easily become one of the bigger BBQ channels, right next to Malcolm and Kosmo.
Don’t forget All Things BBQ. Chef Tom is awesome
Very nice. I like that shirt.
Howler Brothers FTW!
Not sure how I’m just now seeing this one.
such long waits btwn uploads
Construction kept us out of our home all summer. Our kitchen was not useable.
Need the Nashville chicken sandwich video
It’s filmed. Stay tuned!
I love the flavor of the Holy Cow, but the bottle I bought from Academy Sports was extremely clumpy. Extremely hard to get out of the container. Is this normal??
NO, but it's also all natural with no anti-caking. You can give it a vigorous shake or pulse it in a coffee grinder or blender.
Matt, what model Traeger do you use?
That was a Timberline. Also love my Ironwood.
Where have you been? Miss your videos.
We have a video per week for the rest of the year!
@@MeatChurchBBQ Awesome!!
@@MeatChurchBBQ Great to hear!
I hunt whitetails here in michigan, we take every piece of fat and silver skin of out venison. Is it different with that venison?
100% agree with you. I remove all the silver from my whitetail. Helps remove gamey taste IMO. This Axis is so clean that I don’t even taste it if I leave it. Thanks for watching dude.
Getting an ironwood in a few days. about to have to sell one of my kids to afford all the meat I'm about to smoke
Awesome! (not the selling the kids part 😂)
@@MeatChurchBBQ 😂
@@MeatChurchBBQ would you recommend the 885 over the 650?
I sure hope my deer cutter can cut the ribs like that for me. Thanks
If someone does not have access to a smoker/grill, could you get similar results in an oven then searing on a stove?
Absolutely. The reverse sear technique works in a oven then seared on a stove top.
Hey Matt! I love your work and I love BBQ! I'm also a RUclipsr myself and I'd love to do a collaboration at some point. Let me know if you'd be open to that. Cheers!
Hawaiian venison must be an axis deer
looks good...if only venison didn't taste like meaty garbage lol i hope it's farm raised
Axis venison is one of the best tasting meats on the planet. Try it. Bet you’ll love it. Thanks for watching!
It's all about the shot placement and how you handle the deer right after harvest, and how you butcher it and of course cook it.
@@tylerdickinson7632 maybe that's the problem. It's always been far too gamey for me to enjoy unless it's in sausage
