@KravaLLT I dissagree, I think he has knock out power in the heavyweight division. Guys just refuse to go down against him like they'll damage themselves before going down, Look at Sam Peter, since the Toney fights he been knocked down 6 times and knocked out 3 times. Toney has knock out power in the heavyweight division, yes toney is down to 215 pounds and counting, he may defend his belt before fighting Ken and then down to cruiserweight to fight Tarver & possibly Hopkins.
