Hello, you can do that with VPN Policy Routing (I have a video on the channel). The same author made a new package called ‘PBR’, you should be able to find more detail of it on the OpenWRT docs & forum.

OpenVPN is a old, bulky, outdated VPN protocol but has quite the reputation. I think for most theyd be better off using Wireguard for the performance
