Love the video! To remove the heads my wife and I swirl the shrimp in a bucket and grab a handful of antennas and wrap them around our fingers. Pull them out of the bucket and let them hang down. Then pop the tails off into a bowl. The fastest way I found to do it. 5 gallons takes about 5 to 10 minutes.

Little citrus tip, if you roll your citrus on a hard surface with some gentle pressure like a deep tissue massage before you cut or peel it the citrus will be easier to peel and make it juicer and easier to squeeze.

From the different methods that I've tried and seen from others is to season at the end. It helps to make your shellfish peel easier

Excellent! Dude, you need to try St. Elmo Steak House, Indianapolis, cocktail sauce. You want some kick! It will light you up. I keep a jar in the fridge. It even helps make frozen fish sticks tolerable. St Elmo has a shrimp eating contest every year during the big 10 football championship that Joey Chestnut has won many times. TV sports commentators frequently mention their cocktail sauce during ball games. Kroger carries it and will ship if their stores down there don't have it.

Hey Tug and Ladies, you are killing me with those delicious looking shrimp. I was born in Jacksonville, my Dad worked at the shipyard as a welder. Apparently there was a hurricane that put everyone out of work. Some relatives in GA. called and said there was a new company starting right outside Atlanta , they needed welders the rest is history. I feel like my saltwater life screams my name even more so now, I turned 60 last September.we adopted a daughter . She is now 10. She loves to fish and wants to shrimp too. I would put her up against anyone catfishing. We plan to vacation this summer down around your area. It would be a privilege to meet you and the family. We could bring some fresh caught catfish, maybe you could bring some shrimp. Thanks as always for the great and informative content. Your fans in GA. Sherri and Addison.
