Nothing taste so good from flutter on the flat, the flat meaning the table and the flutter means the beast of the land and of the sea. For old English that still can be found on the Islands of the Chesapeake Bay. For I love your feast and it reminds me of years past. For the water is rising on the Islands and the people are starting to leave there old home steads because of the water and I fear that part of there life will be forgotten. That bacon wrapped roll looked amazing. Something that might help is putting the bacon on either Saran Wrap or parchment paper to help you roll them. The reversed seered roast looked perfect. As did the turkey roll. Awesome looking meal.

My family does this thing where they take stove top chicken stuff an mix oysters in with it an bake for ten minutes .an make a turkey giblets an gravy to put on top it's really good

I'm absolutely obsessed with making broiled oysters now thanks to you guys. I live in NY so I can't just go out to my backyard and harvest so it's gonna be an expensive treat that you should pay for LOL JK JK I might have to do my own version with mussels due to cost.....I'll let ya know how they come out

I really enjoyed the video and the concept of an "all wild game" dinner, here are a couple of tips for anyone gathering wild oysters, ALWAYS wear gloves, these oyster bars have nasty diseases that haven't even been named yet, avoid getting cuts on your hands or anywhere else, also if you are going to leave the oysters on ice over night, leave the plug OUT of the cooler and let it drip.
I for sure will be doing that turkey roll with my next wild tom👍🇺🇲🦃

Cut the Wild Turkey Breast into approximately 1x2 cubes(season with salt and pepper), roll in your favorite batter or breading, deep fry in Butter Crisco until golden brown. you will not regret making it this simple way. West Virginia Fried Turkey!!!!

I love your video's and your cooking shows but.....Oyster's and Okra are 2 of the few things I cannot eat....I draw the line at anything the resembles snot. If you make strategic use of saran wrap you can roll up that meat/bacon wrapping substantially easier. Edit: you can also use butcher paper or wax paper too.
