I've seen this man once before. He can chop those vegetables so well and using such a little cutting block or none at all. I''ll bet he's good at cooking in general but loves the Indian food.
He is an innovator....change the recipe according to the type of location... added some new ingredients n make it own type.....I think this guy will have his own brand in the coming future.
