6ft 195pounds size 12 boot, which size golden orca would you suggest? 157 or 161?

How is the 153 compared to the 157 in terms of stiffness. is the 153 more flexible?

I went with the 153 at 185lb 5’10 size 10.5 shorter then normal but this board should be fine?

I really want the trice pro. I’m 5’7” x 165 and I do backcountry and groomers, I like to go fast. Will the 159.5 be too long for me or should i pick the 157? I found a good deal for the 159. Please help <3
