    Time: 30 Minutes
    Level: Advanced
    Workout: Strength & Conditioning (Hinge & Push Focus)
    Tools: TRX Suspension Trainer & Kettlebell(s)
    The Workout:
    4 Sets Then Tabata
    1. KBell 1 Leg RDL/TRX Clock Press
    2. Alt KBell Hardstyle Swings/TRX Triceps
    Core:
    1 Minute KB Windmill Each Side
    Cool Down:
    1. Wide Stance Hip Hinge
    2. Low Back Stretch with Rotation
    3. Chest & Torso

    I'm new to TRX. I also love kettlebells. This Was a great workout. But I'm curious to know if TRX is all you do to get the body you have or are there other workout types that you do. Thank you for the workout!

    Hi I wanted to ask you about the last excercise. when the kettle bell is held up and you bend to the side. is that for your waist? What are the benefits to that one? Thanks

    Great class. Thank you!! Love the mix of kettlebells and trx too. You are a wonderful instructor and give the right amount of time to set up and understand but still challenge. Love the flow of couple slower and then Tabata.

    I love the format of this! I can think of so many to use this to create Different workouts or add on to this one. And windmills are one of my favorite exercise.Thanks so much.!
