Recipe :
Mutton : 1 kg ( you can use chicken or beaf as well)
Potato: as many you want
Onions: 2 would be enough
Garlic 🧄 : 2 be enough
Chilli: as many you want (6 preference,)
Process:
Take a deep pot, add little bit of oil, then layer the animal fat, then layer other ingredients
( onions, potatoes, garlic ) Then layer meat add chillis
The layer Animal fat on top,
Seal the pot with dough and press the lid hard,
Put a tawa or streat pan under the pot and leave it on High flame 🔥 for 15 mins after that slow down the flame, and let it cook for three hours.
