You are a rude person. He’s not talking too much, he’s explaining well.
What the doctor said is get your vitamin levels tested FIRST and then take the medicines accordingly. Over dosage of vitamins can cause you more trouble!

In the morning preferably after a fat rich meal as D3 is a fat soluble vitamin

Thank you doctor, my hair started falling out a lot this year. I’m actually kinda panicking about it, I’ve already gotten ugly as I got older, I don’t want to lose all my hair too.
I’ve tried monoxide so far but haven’t seen any changes, I also had purchased a filter for my shower (ironically before my hair started falling out) and have been taking vitamins… but no luck.
I’ll up my D3 intake and try what you mentioned. What do you think of microneedling?

@@bilalmalik4140 Doing all of the above has helped and my hair falling out and just about stopped completely. If it’s one specific thing that worked or all together I don’t know (and knock on would it keeps working).

In my personal exp, oiling hair before bathing gives better results as compared to oiling whole night and then washing in morning.
Agree, went through hair loss, blood tests revealed vitamin d deficiency, took the dosage recommended by docs. I also do the breathing exercises, this can vary 5 mins to 20 mins. Hair ,original lose was in lumps , now back to normal.
I do Hair oil massage once a week,but there is lady on youtube who says it's really bad for you, I'm continuing it!!!!

Vitamin D supplements are available as vitamin D2 or vitamin D3, both of which can be used if you don't get enough vitamin D already. Studies suggest that vitamin D3 increases vitamin D levels faster than vitamin D2 does, especially at higher doses. This is why I recommend vitamin D3 supplements.

Generally 60k is to be taken once a week... check with ur health care practitioner
