For reducing hair fall, have a balanced diet rich in protein. Use a mild shampoo for your scalp. I changed my shampoo, hair conditioner and hair oil to llitleextrra cocconniioon a year ago, and reduced my hair fall.

I had a pixie sorta short bob cut last month because I'm so fed up with itchiness of my scalp and my hair is also thick and frizz. So I tried experimenting on my hair the first few days after I got my haircut. First I tried coconut milk twice. And then the 2nd week I tried making coconut oil and coconut milk together. The following week i got an advice from my co workers to try aloe vera for its hair growth. Scraping the gel and mixed it with the coconut oil I made. My dandruff disappeared or maybe because I skipped conditioner (because I thought its no use because my hair is short) and also I switched to baby shampoo. Yes, it was johnson's (I didn't know it was a trend on tiktok since i don't have one). Just came across on YT reels 😅. And I also noticed how my hair grow fast it's only been a month but it already grew an inch i can even hold a little pony on my hair. I also noticed the new hair growth is softer and healthier to touch but still looks frizzy on the ends. I might get it trimmed. So even with the aloe and coconut oil alone i could see the results.

Hello Dr Vivek, my daughter is using the hair care combo tablets for 2 months now. Her vit D3.levels are good but ferritin is very low. Please could u suggest natural remedies to increase it. The local physician had suggested ferritin injection.

To increase ferritin -
Use Rakthda tablets - 2 tablets 2 times in a day 30 minutes after food.
lohasava- 20 ml + 20ml of water 2 times in a day after food.
Course 2 months. Do a blood test to see the results.
There are my general recommendations and are for people above 14 years

You should do a thyroid (TSF) test
