Great video. I'd like to see them try "pineapple upside down cake" one day. Keep up the good work, TPT.
Oh that's a good one... I love pineapple upside down cake
oh that sounds so good
Pineapple up down left right wtf just pineapple cake
Pineapple upside down cake is an excellent suggestion! 😊
@@e.r.r.a.0000 You put slices of pineapple at the bottom of the pan, and pour the cake batter over. Then when it is baked, you flip the cake pan upside down on a plate, so that the pineapples are on top.
I always enjoy how they take their time to examine and appreciate the food with their eyes before enjoying it.
OMG! This is my favorite dessert! I can tell they love it as much as I do. Thanks for sharing another wonderful video.
I just enjoy you gentlemen so much. As soon as I can I watch EVERY post . I went all the way back to your first video. I loved them all. Please do not change. This crew is THE BEST ! 👌
My same reaction the first time I had tres Leche… best cake I have ever had
Give them the strawberry tres leches, also yummy😋😋
I wish the producer would explain more to them, like how tres leches means three milks, and how is comes from Mexico. these men would appreciate it I think
it doesn’t come from mexico and almost every latin country has a version of it
I like the. To try eggplant parmesan and finish with tiramisu dessert
Some say they are still waiting for the host to explain what Tres Leches means ...
3:26
Gurjar accidentally cusses and realises it. Love these guys.
Please explain to them that this is from Mexico, where the language is Spanish and that the name means "Three Milks".
Every latin country has their own version of tres leches but it did not originate in Mexico.
The producers of this show often don't know where a certain food item comes from. It happens a lot on this show.
@@tron77x79 yeah but I was responding to his comment of it being from Mexico
@@Stizzie44 Yeah, but Tron was replying to the guy you were replying to smh
Tres Leches is not a Mexican dessert everyone gets this wrong. The dessert is originally of Nicaraguan Origin. Its just sold in many Mexican bakeries.
I love to see Chaudhary's face when he takes the first bite and savors the food.
Chaudhary says Tres Leches perfectly 🥰 Sounds like he speaks Spanish. Glad they enjoyed this Mexican treat!
no es de mexico es originario de toda latinoamerica
Thank you. Los mexicanos siempre quieren decir que es de ellos but it's not@@4kishienzo
Tres leches nos es original de Mexico, es un cake que se prepara en Todo Latino america!
These humans make my day, every day.
As someone who's favorite cake is tres leches it was almost torture waiting for them to dig in lmao
I’m running to buy one for myself 🤤🤤🤤
i know right? Those men talk alot
Same here! Two minutes into the video and I'm already wiping drool away.
I was saying in my head, "eat the damn cake!" lol
Be glad it is shared around the world, such pleasures should not be hidden.
I’m officially convinced that Chaudry’s wife and children hide the cookie jar from him instead of the dad hiding the cookie jar from the children🤔 Such a big beautiful smile when the word cake is said. It’s one English word he says well and also the word sweets😂🤣 I love him dearly. I hope this reaches you all and those you love in great health and happiness❤️🙏😎
🤣👍
When Chaudhary says things in English it makes my day.
I love the way Mr. Chaudry’s eyes twinkle when he’s served sweets!
he does have such a sweet tooth huh!
I’m so happy to see they all enjoyed the Tres Leches cake 🍰.
Our kids always request it for their birthday & it’s a common dessert at any big celebration!
It’s called Tres Leches ( 3 milks) cake , bc it’s made with , whole milk, evaporated milk & sweetened condensed milk. That’s why it’s such a moist & “chilling feeling “ cake.
I DID notice that the slices had a little bit of milk puddling at the bottom of the cakes. That’s an excellent sign of a well made Tres Leches cake. No one wants a dry slice of cake 🍰. 😊
Enjoy & May your tres Leches cake 🍰 always be moist. 🥰
yes, I wish they would explain the names (translate into their language) and explain why it has the names...
My family likes it to be swimming in the milk mixture rather than just having a puddle lol
That shit is nasty as fuck.
@@VegasLady81 I don't think many people here agree with you, but I respect your opinion.
Chaudhary prefers the 3milk challenge over the 1chip challenge any day!
Why didn't you explain that the name is Spanish and means "3 milks"?
I thought it was french
@@jessicamammoliti8894, that would be trois laits in french.
They'd probably enjoy Tiramisu as well...😊
Yes! Tiramisu is so good.
Also Tuxedo Cake They would Really Enjoy.
@Dancing Daisies its just very similar my friend
To be honest, I thought this is Tiramisu.
The sweetest gentleman ever. So humbling to watch them eat a simple cake and enjoy it so much. Oh, the things we take for granted. Love these great men. 🥰 🥮
The sponge is saturated by poking holes after baking. After the milk mixture is poured on it ends up somewhere halfway between plain cake and a grainy pudding. The three milks are evaporated, heavy whipping creme, and sweetened condensed. The cake starts out similar to a chiffon cake that has lots of airiness.
Tres leches cake with a frosty glass of milk chaser. 😋🍰🥛
Quatro leches
Great video!! Try Flan 🍮
That looks so good - like tiramisu! As others have commented Tres Leches is a Mexican cake made from 3 different types of milk hence the name tres = 3, leches = milk.
that doesn't look like any tres leches cake i've ever eaten. looks more like tiramisu
Yeah I was thinking the same thing
I am a new sub. I absolutely love this channel and these fine men. I love learning about the local culture compared to ours abroad. I live in Southern Oregon, on the west coast of the United States. Tres Leches is Spanish for "Three Milks." Three different methods of using milk to prepare one cake.
they're funny
@@jctorres6112 indeed, they have a blessed sense of respect and humor.
I kind of wish u had the budget for them to try true authentic food made from someone from the country. I wish they could do a episode where they all do on a travel trip and visit a place for a week. I’d donate money 2 that.❤
As would I!
As would I
I would like to extend my compliments to your current chef. I think you do a wonderful job
Do you know how to start a go fund me? I have wanted this also! I would love to host them in my home/ town!
@@dreamcrone the producer said they don't have GoFundMe over there & no way to access the funds if someone made one. That's why they ask for people to do Patreon.. I've asked before because I wanted to start one for them too 🤷♀️
How can you watch these and not be happy? Many blessings to you all.
Hope the channel creators take all their episodes and turn it into a cookbook for them to re-enjoy with their families/friends.
@Bunny Rosemary I concur. Great idea!
Tres leche means 3 milk
They officially have a broader range of cultural food sampling than I have had, and I’ve traveled the world a few times! It’s fun to watch. Keep up the good work.
Any chance of having the dishes covered by a Dinner Plate Cover? This would allow the viewer the chance to see a 1st time reaction from the reactors as they lift the lid and try and process what the dish is. It would ad another level of reaction to your channel.
Great idea!
Gul Sher has an amazing palate. No matter what he tastes, he can identify most if not all the important ingredients. I love them all.
That's actually really true. He's smart at recognising the taste of familiar ingredients in different foods.
I always wanted to send them a cake from my home. But never got a chance. I am not sure if anyone here has ever heard or tried a Smith Island Cake but i used to eat it as a child. I didnt find out till later that the cake has earned its mark in the the world of cakes.
I have a feeling seeing all the layers on the cake it would be mesmerizing for them.
Maryland's official dessert! A Smith Island cake would be an excellent sweet treat.
I would love to see that cake i've never heard of it before.. Scratch that I would like to eat it after I see it
The fact that they examine food even for it's appearance and give the chef a compliment for how beautiful it is made is just so humbling for me, they have taught me how to even respect the maker.......✌️🤟🙏🌎
Best cake ever!! I'm glad the gentlemen enjoyed the cake too! 🙂🙂
The explanation of 3 milks must have happened off camera.
Tres leches cake is yummy!
This looks wonderful I must try and find one to try somewhere, love how Mr Chaudhary is now offering the food like Tahir does!
He was offering to the viewers, cos he knows we cant take it. Tahir offers the cameraman. That's the difference.
I've never had that one before. One day...I hope to afford to buy one!!! Looks so good.
Tahir's chuckle gets me everytime! LOL
I really enjoy this channel you guys make me smile.happy you enjoy the food :)
I'd love for them to try tiramisu cake! That is my favorite and I wish I could give them all a very large piece of tiramisu! That would make my day!
@Dancing Daisies I doubt they gave them Tiramisu and called it Tres Leches lol. They look identical at the end of the day.
My friend Maria makes the best Tres Leches. Her topping is fresh strawberries. So good.
i like with peaches and kiwi
Goodjob on the making of this video, 🦆❤️ this video makes me happy and my heart warm 🧸
I APPRECIATE THE FACT THEY KNOW GOOD TASTE WHEN THEY TASTE IT 🤣🤣😋😋😋❤️❤️❤️😘😘😘
oh my goodness.....my favorite cake.
"You must produce this sound while pressing bell icon" 😆😆😆
Tres Leches (3 milks) cake is fantastic! I'm so glad they liked it. It is a wonderful contribution to the culinary world from Mexico.
once you eat tres leches there's no turning back
Compliments to whoever the chef is for this show, they make pretty authentic dishes!
@Dancing Daisies its similar according to what some say. how do u discern it?
This was certainly a hit! All proclaimed it their favorite of the cakes they've tried; hats off to the chef👌 I was thinking they should have been provided tea or a glass of milk to wash it down, but all said it was moist, so no need. (would still like to see them provided one or the other with a dessert) Well done, here 👏
Every time they taste anything new it becomes their favorite 😆😆😆
its spongy, soft and like they said, it just melts in your mouth. so good. just had some today for my birthday party:P delish
I am not sure if they told the gentlemen that "Tres Leches" is a Spanish word meaning Three Milks. Three different milks are needed to make this cake. It is very popular in Mexico and other Latino countries.
They love everything Mexican
I wanna see them try a Reuben sandwich
I’d love to see them try German chocolate cake! It’s my personal favorite
hell yea me toooo
but that real German chicolate soft on inside
damn 😋😋😋
German chocolate, tres leches and 7up cake are me top 3 cakes!
It has to have the frosting with coconut and nuts, though!
@@ureallyannoyme yes absolutely lots of coconut flakes and nuts in the frosting is a must!!
These folks eat better than I do!
Well, that was certainly a BIG HIT 👍
I wasn't eating that cake and this made my blood sugar rise. 😁
its not as sweet as other cakes though. trust me some cakes are too dang sugary where i cant even finish a slice.
Chocoflan is also a much loved option in Mexico. Highly recommended!
This is the best cake I've ever had. My neighbor used to make it for me and grandchildren. Delicious.
Ours used to be soggy with the milk. Ours looked different than these.
My favorite cake! I love that they all love it.
I used to get tres lechese at school lunch and the first time I had it, I was super surprised that it was so moist.
They remind me of my late beautiful grandfather.
Love them all, God bless them.
I had the same reaction, my first time, eating tres leches. Best cake I have ever had.
That wound be a great dessert after a good dinner.
Here's a dinner you could try.
This weekend my wife and I made an old favorite dish of ours, and many, many other people, called Mississippi Pot Roast. If nothing else, everyone will have fun just trying to say it! It's super easy to make, and it tastes amazing! Here's how to make it:
Ingredients
1 Large Beef Chuck Roast (Around 3lbs, or 1.5kg)
1 1oz package of Au Jus Sause Mix
1 1oz package of Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Mix
1/2 Cup of Unsalted real Butter (1 stick)
About 5 Pepperoncini (You buy them in a jar)
1 Crock Pot or large Pot with Lid
Instructions
In Crock Pot or Large Pot, add Roast.
Pour in Ranch Dressing mix first, sprinkling over meat.
Next, pour in Au Jus mix, sprinkling over meat.
Place butter on top of the whole thing (If not in stick form, place pieces all over the meat).
Add Pepperoncini, placing all over meat.
DO NOT ADD WATER!
Place lid on pot.
Cook on low heat for 8 hours without stirring until meat falls apart when using a fork to test.
Serve with favorite vegetable or rice side dish and enjoy!
OMG yes on the pot roast! Toward the end add washed choped potatoes and baby carrots, (onion optional).
The best pot roast. Has anyone had the pot roast made in Pepsi? That is also yummy.
It would help if you can send the items you listed and money to buy the meat. Its difficult to get ingredients outside of USA/ or very expensive.
@@Sherirose1 I would so do it if I had the means. As it is, I'm disabled and on a small fixed budget. Guess I'm a guy who has champagne ideas on a beer budget. lol
I never had some! Looks like yu all enjoyed it. Yum 👊😊👋❤
My family have such love and respect for these lovely men but we would love to see some pictures of them from when they were younger . They are so full of life and laughter we have a lot to learn from them
I’d love to see them as younger men❤
I love how they pronounce tres leches. Buen provecho.
I love the fact theyre enjoying tres leches cakes its so tasty my grandma in Puerto rico makes it often when I visit 🙌
"Buen Provecho!" 👍👌
You guys gotta give them tiramisu (italian cake)
Yes! My absolute favourite dessert!
I’m in Texas and eaten a LOT of tres leches cake but never one that looked like that. That looks closer to tiramisu. Most often there is fruit on top. Tres leches cake is a “wet” cake.
I agree, that looked so dry.
@@bevtuft3572well he did mention that it was wet, so yeahhh
Hahahahaha I love these guys they all have enjoyed the Tres Leches Cake with big smiles!!
The journey with theses wonderful gentlemen are as sweet as this cake …
I'd love to see these fine gents try a Tuxedo cake..so wonderfully rich
Glad they enjoyed the cake! You should have them try Italian rainbow cookies. I think they’d enjoy the different colors and layers.
Yeah, that's my favorite cake. I was anticipating their reaction knowing they'd love it too.
It makes me so happy to see these sweet men enjoying themselves. I wish you had explained to them that tres leches means 3 milks. They could make a simplified version by pouring condensed milk over any cake to achieve a similar texture.
I wonder if they could make 3 ingredient yoghurt cake, it only needs eggs, Greek or thick plain yoghurt and condensed milk, it should turn out similar to Japanese milk cake
Too sweet for me, but a lot of people love it. You should tell them it's a Mexican cake and tres leches means 3 milk. If they have access to condensed milk they could make this. The top is fine ground chocolate from what I remember.
I believe they do. Mr. Gull Sher identified condensed milk as one of the ingredients. I'm with you on the sweetness. I'm of Mexican descent and it's not one of my favorite cakes. It's just too sweet for me.
@@MsMas99 depends on who makes it. the ones ive had are so good. less sugary than most cakes and some cakes just taste like plain bread with some whipcream n toppings.
@@wonder777warrior6 I haven't been able to find one that isn't too sweet. lol My mom used to make my brother and me a pineapple cake... Even that one wasn't as sweet, considering the ingredients it had.
I love all of your reactions ..have a great day gentlemen..
I have seen this kind of cake at Costco. Now I’m tempted to buy one.
how did it go?
did you?
tres leches at costco?? maybe you’re mistaking it for tiramisu? 🤔
I meant tres leches
@@wanderingmenstrual3679 - tres leches goes bad pretty quickly it would have to have been refrigerated
Yay. I'm so excited they are trying it and enjoying it 😀
It really is an amazing cake. The first time I tried it my face was like 😲
We need to get these guys to a million subscribers!
I would think that after trying all these different foods and desserts and learning about the history of each country, that your dreams will never be the same. They will give you visions that Encompass the entire world
Wow ! You are so close to 500k that is amazing, these gentlemen are so deserving of all great things that have come from all the people who enjoy there content. 😄❤❤❤🍰
I think they would really like a traditional Victoria sandwich. We eat tons of it here in the UK! It’s always on an afternoon tea menu. 😊
Aren't you a cute little pie..
Do you mean a Victoria sponge?
I have never heard of Tres Leches cake before, but I'm going to be looking up a recipe right now. Good health and happiness to you all.
Let me know how your cake turned out😊 it’s my absolute favorite and as a child this would be my requested birthday cake
I was waiting for this video! This made me happy to watch, some tres leches have fresh fruit on top which also makes it taste fresh and delicious ✨
Have them try flan, Arroz con leche, corn tamales
so many good foods. you know your stuff.
These dudes are treasures.
I found this recipe on Kitchen At Hoskins using the same thumbnail picture, it's a Tiramisu/Tre Leche mashup, thought it looked like the two cakes had a baby. I have to try making this for Festivus.
Tres leches means 3 milks. Condensed milk, whole milk and whipping cream for example. It's great!
Ooi ooi ooi
They should try Boston Cream Pie. Kinda similar... vanilla custard layer in between white cake, and has chocolate icing.
When I make my own, I use banana pudding in the middle, instead of custard. Yummy!
Chaudhary's doing Dr. Tahir's "would you like to try?" joke! That's adorable!
I would love to go out to eat with these guys in NY City for a week straight. Hit all the great restaurants and pastry shops from China Town to little Italy and every where between. I would also have to include several places on Arthur Ave ,Rao's, Katz deli on Houston, Ferrara's bakery , lemon ice king in Queens just to name a few. I know Chaudray would love the Italian desserts!! A bunch of great guys!
They are so genuine, natural and pure, not corrupted by social media :3
Sure, but every society has its problems.
I find it funny how Chudhary looks cautious with everything he tries. He gives off a cautious expression every time he bites or sips something new
My husband is from Mexico and it's because of him that I have such a love for this 🥰💖 Where is the milk on the bottom? It's so I'm yummy I wish they could come to Mexico and try the foods and see the amazing people there 🇲🇽🌮🌯
