- So it turns out the Daily Wire is going to be releasing their own version of Snow White next year, starring Brett Cooper, in a deliberate middle-finger to Disney. Is it a parody or a legit movie? And could it possibly hope to challenge the House of Mouse?
For me, the absolute most cringe thing Zegler said was how the actor that played the prince could have all his scenes cut and "that's Hollywood, baby!" with a big smile on her face. Does she even realize how awful that is to say about her co-star? I know a lot of Hollywood celebs are jerks, but she takes it to a whole new level.
Imagine the revolt if the actor had said that about her scenes, but nah, it's fine mocking men. Rachel truly is the avatar of entitlement and privilege. And then she'll claim she is attacked by sexists and racists toxic fans.
Like that’s your costar who has shown up to do the job and the scenes and is probably stoked to be working for Disney…what about him getting his efforts and hard work scrapped makes you so giddy girl 😭
And then she went off about wanting to be paid from streaming watched for every second in that dress, during the strike where people were **checks MSM notes** gonna starve.
Its just another example of how she is quickly blacklisting herself form future projects bc shes not NEARLY popular enough to warrant such ego and frankly nobody is going to want to work with her.
The Drinker's quote about "California messaging" was spot-on. They have a different take on the world, that's for sure.
Rachel thinking this would be her big "girl boss" moment to elevate her career, while simultaneously destroying it just by talking was just chefs kiss.

I love it how Cooper describes the themes of her movie as "Love, Friendship, and kindness." none of which have anything to do with a woman being saved by a man. It's almost like the original story isn't about gender and gender roles in society and is just a story for children.

Even Kristen Stewart handled the role of Snow White with better grace than Ziegler. I know Snow White and the Huntsman was a twist on the original tale, but Kristen still showed appreciation for the core values that made the Snow White character -particularly the character's kindnsss. It's laughable how bad Ziegler is handling this.
That movie was at least middling entertaining as well with pretty decent action scenes.
Gal Gadot could have been Snow White. But the Direction was so horrible, Gadot sucked as the evil queen.

Just watching this, the whole time I couldn't help but think how much I miss hand-drawn animation. Snow White is 85 years old and still looks GORGEOUS. CGI has become tedious and boring.
Rewatched bambi recently just for the hell of it and damn, just the movement of the hand drawn scenery is beautiful. They really considered film as art back then.
Agree. It usually tends to look the same and just lacks a lot of that pop that a lot of the cartoons have. I watched Hercules recently and was amazed at how good some of the shots looked.

It's a brilliant idea, really. Be true to the original fairy tale on a relatively small budget, while letting Disney foot the bill for advertising and promotion, all while Disney's own film implodes.
Except that there is no movie. They are at least a year out from release if the go fast. By then all the controversy will be gone. This is just a way to market their new children’s programming that they just launched

Whenever a new Disney remake drops, HOARDS of angry reviewers and mockers go ham ripping it to shreds, repeating the same tired "Why remake it?" and "Disney has no new ideas!" comments they've been throwing around since Disney's first mainstream live action remakes 10 years ago. The pre-release announcement is just the beginning. This is going to be a very popular topic for a solid 2 weeks after release, and if DW gets the movie out before or shortly after Disney's movie, they'll have a good chance at riding that wave. I just hope it's *actually* good and not just technically superior to the VERY low bar Disney's remake will set.
Considering how unlikeable most people in Hollywood have shown themselves to be over the past few years, the fact that miss Ziegler has managed to stand out for being even more unlikeable is actually quite an achievement. It’s almost like an intentionally bad performance artist if not for the sad fact it’s actually all real.

I wouldn't underestimate the power of Daily Wire's Snow White. Even a low budget movie with good actors playing dramatic scenes in the woods can be very gripping. A heartfelt story and good cinematography aren't that expensive, they come from talent.

Exactly! I'm done with the evil mouse and will watch the Daily Wire version just to give that middle finger to Disney. The Sound of Freedom movie was made on a $15M budget but grossed over $200M in ticket sales while Indy 5 was a dismal failure and lost $$ for Disney.
Now I doubt Disney is going ahead with their version with their originally intended super-woke plan considering how badly the public has reacted. It's going to be rewritten & and revised because this is Not a hill Bob Iger wants to die on.
Having said that, I still intend to skip the Disney version in favor of the DW+ Snow White because, like Drinker, I want to see the underdog with a good heart succeed.
Now does that mean I'd ever approve of Jeremy Boreing and his company doing a lazy, sloppy, hastily slapped together job? Of course not! I want them to take the time to make the best damn Snow White ever! If that means it takes longer, maybe 2+ years, then so be it! Jeremy & crew could learn a lot about filmmaking over the course of their time spent on The Pendragon Cycle currently in production.
They should take every bit as much time as they need for Snow White & The Evil Queen.
Would have been better if they stuck to the Grimm Fairy Tale version not the fake watered down Disney animated version. This will be another inaccurate version of the original depiction based on the book which was based on folk lore tales. Thankfully AI will allow people to generate movies based on any version in a few years.

I watched the original with my little kids on my Plex server. They loved it. They cheered for Grumpy when he came around. They caught the subtle signal that he wanted a kiss too. They were fascinated by the animals and art. The Queen was legitimately scary. The animation was art and the story was timeless.
My mother saw it when it originally came out. Fifty years later, she was still talking about it in detail, despite never have seen it again. That's a movie with an impact.

The original Disney is a true work of art. Breathtaking and yet so accessible. I remember seeing it as a kid in the cinema in the 80s - I was blown away! The other film I loved at the time was Mad Max. I learned that sheer quality was the thing, able to transmogrify almost anything, no matter the subject matter.
The animated films back then were so beautiful because it was real artists designing the backgrounds and character styling by hand. Sleeping Beauty in particular has some of the most mesmerizing landscapes.

I think that the reason even "The Little Mermaid" didn't approach that level of toxicity and hate was because the lead actress, Halle Bailey, loved the original movie, and the studio kept the story close to the 1989 classic. Jodi Benson, the original Ariel, made a cameo in the movie and was very supportive of Bailey all throughout. On the other hand, the Snow White remake feels like an absolute middle finger to the 1937 classic, and Rachel Zegler and most of the crew seem to be going out of their way to antagonize the fans.
Thats the real trick with all of this "modern message" business, you have to keep it subtle. You cant change literally every aspect of a classic like Snow White and not piss off the fanbase. They did too much too fast with the race swap, then the gender swapping of the "dwarves," and the removal of the dwarves altogether.
Jodi Benson is in Disney's pocket, so of course she's going to say she supports unnecessary changes to the movie. As a pale a.f. redhead who grew up with Ariel as my princess and who, as an actress, imagined playing her some day, it sucked seeing the only princess I ever saw myself in given to someone else who looks nothing like Ariel. And, before morons scream "racist," I am all for seeing original princesses made for representation, and I would be just as mad seeing princesses who were originally people of color changed. But, as a redhead who grew up being made fun of for my pale skin and hair color, it isn't cool to take away one of the few characters that is beloved by many who represents us. No one would have had an issue with Bailey playing an original princess, but she was not Ariel. And Rachel is not Snow White. I loathe Emma Watson as Belle as well, because she is not a good actress or singer. One should both look like the character they're playing and be a good actress (and singer, if the movie is a musical).
the actress was no the issue in TLM, it was the horrible CGI and also the writing at the end.
They changed the ending of TLM. In the original, the Prince saves Ariel. In the latest version, I'm not really sure why he is there. But it's not near as bad as all the changes to Snow White which should be called something completely different at this point.

I absolutely despise modern-day depictions of "strong women" as egotistical loners who can do anything by themselves and reject all companionship from the opposite gender just to appear "tough". Love is not a weakness, and all the "strong women" these days are not designed to be realistic, but designed to be a symbol of idolatry people can simp over. It's disgusting.
And it can't do the young girls any good, as they realise they can not live up to the 'strong women' character surely it will destroy their self confidence.

Rachel Zegler is clearly not the brightest of people, and the limitations of her intellect are evident in the fact that, like many modern women, her idea of female empowerment amounts to nothing more than an obnoxious attitude. Being humbled is an important factor in the development of a person's character, and it is blatantly obvious that Rachel Zegler has yet to experience it.
Even in the old animated movie the queen wore violet robes (=purple - to make it clearer).

The especially stupid part about the Dwarfs thing is that German fairytales were based on reality.
There was a huge mining boom in Germany / the HRE after 1550.
Since mine shafts were hewn from hand and thus rather tiny back then, the people working in them needed to be as small as possible, too.
Since Luther had demanded that children, esp boys, should go to school so they can read the Bible, princes started to forbid the use of children in mines.
Which led to mine owners hiring the smallest Italian people they could find and bringing them north.
So in real life we got tiny people digging for metals, dressed in outlandish garb, keeping to themselves, speaking a strange tongue, and wearing Frigian hats stuffed with cloth as quasi helmets to soften the blow from small rocks falling on their heads while digging.

Here's the thing, how much money do you really need to do a Snow White movie? I've seen cosplayers put together better costumes then what we saw in Disney's Snow White trailer. Seriously, they just need a decent director, and a good location to shoot at and they should do very well.

Yeah, recording this movie in a country with great natural landscapes (I'm looking at you, Norway) would make the movie much more interesting. And the country can later use the movie to promote itself as a tourist destination, like New Zealand with Lord of the Rings.
Just looking at the old animation, I am still blown away by the quality of work, especially considering the tools they had to work with at the time. Even today, I think the film is a thing of beauty. It puts to shame a lot of things, and top of the list is the "remake" with Rachel Zeigler.

The original animation was hand painted frame by frame and a lot of drawings were made for the animation parts.
Exactly what i was thinking the other day. I never really appreciated what i was seeing as a child, i took it for granted. To a certain extent those films were made for adults as much or more than kids. Like actual family entertainment. And it's more impressive when you realize what a huge leap over the previous animated films it was, it was not only much higher quality, but it was far longer, a full length film, which was a huge gamble. They tried something that had never been done and invested a huge amount of work into it. The later films were still impressive, but at least then they knew that it worked and there was an audience. Before this animated films were always shorts that were meant to be featured before the main feature and in the intermissions, like the Looney Tunes shorts (which were really intended for adult audiences).
@@CAS89"remastered" just means that they restored the colors and image quality, or increased them to take advantage of new film technology that allowed for more colors and sharpness. It doesn't mean they redrew the animation.

This is literally the Daily Wire's entire business model. First it was news, then shaving, then chocolate, now fairy tale movies, DW sees the juggernauts of the industry show scorn for their customer base and goes on to reward their hubris by offering an alternative that base actually wants. Jeremy doesn't even need to come up with a new idea, he just has to wait for some monster in the marketplace to do something stupid and swoop in with a basic product and a snappy advertisement and snake away half the market share.
Can't argue its effectiveness in the realm of buisiness or politics though 😂

The movie studio "The Asylum" is famous for creating knock-offs of mainstream movies to make a quick buck. But it is interesting someone is using a similar business model, only to create movies that are closer to the source material than the big-budget studios.
This will be worth keeping a close eye on. If they make it work, then this may be a new rise in studios using the "Asylum Model" to make movies with more directorial control and less corporate interference to make a purer product.
This is effectively what Rumble is in the process of doing to youtube.

Brett Cooper is incredibly popular(which will probably add to the interest of the film) and was an actress for a time when she was younger, so it's not like they're just throwing her in there because she's popular. She actually has a clue what she's doing. I'm not suggesting it'll be an elite level performance, but I'm confident it will be exactly in line with the tone of the film.
She has all the traits you'd want. She's feminine, nice to look at and doesn't act like an entitled clown. I'm not really interested because it's not my thing, but I hope it does well and I believe it will.

Cooper admitted that the teaser was impromptu, which means they don't even have a script written. This is literally why Marvel has been failing.

Just the three opening shots of the mountains, river, squirrel and (elk?) had more emotion and soul than anything I've seen from Disney in years.
It's amazing what a decent editor can do with decent music and some cheap stock footage of nature. That's a lost art for Disney. They would have probably done all in CGI from scratch and reshot half of it.
The problem with Zegler is that once she opened her mouth you knew she was nothing like Snow White.

I'd actually disagree on that take, since it doesn't matter if an actor's natural personality doesn't resemble the character they play, as long as they can play the character well. That's kind of the whole point of acting. The problem was more like -- when Zegler opened her mouth, she confirmed that the entire production was not planning to be anything like Snow White.

Brett Cooper has been an actress longer then Zegler and has more (but not many) films. She also is the one singing the opening song which SHE wrote with Jeremy Boring. This film is going to be much better then Disney’s. And it won’t be close. Daily wire has done very high quality stuff such as terror on the prairie and run hide fight. I can’t wait.

The original animated Snow White is simply a masterpiece of story telling, movie making, and creative genius. Even more modern animation doesn't always exceed what this film did. Remember, back then it was all hand drawn, and no "best practices" existed. It was Walt Disney's vision and dedication to excellence that pours out of the screen. I'm happy that some people are giving the story and movie legacy the respect that it deserves. It's a shame that the Disney Corporation has turned their back on what made these films great and timeless.
Agreed with every word. It was ALL drawn by hand. The shadows on walls, the animation of every diamond, the characters moving in ways that hadn't been fully explored yet in animation. Disney's Snow White looks like it never aged; a testament to how traditional animation can hold up if given a modest budget. Hell, even the Flintstones and Scooby-Doo: Where Are You? aged well in comparison to a lot of the most recent modern stuff, and they were made on essentially shoe-string budgets.
I'm all in favor of Brett's rendition being successful. If anything else, just to show Hollywood that respecting the source material and honoring the past will get you farther than trying to tear it down. Given the state they're in, they're very much close to Croaking at this point.
I think all the woke stuff that's been pushed put in the last 20 years will age pretty vast, and very badly. When I see clips of the original Snow White I'm struck by how lovely and naturally feminine she is compared to how women are portrayed today.
I don't know about "never aged", it held up well but it's still obviously dated animation. And a big part of why it still looks modern is that Disney used that same artistic style in most of their later films, just advanced a bit, so Snow White looks visually similar. Until they got into the 90s and 2000s and started experimenting with more minimalistic and "modern" styles, which were okay but definitely date the film to the era. Like their Pocahontas phase, and the Emporers New Groove and Hercules. They all look like older films now because they went for the "modern" look that invariably looks outdated in a few years. Same problem with American cars, in particular. They have this way of making new cars that just look silly in ten years. I'm sure that's intentional, planned osolescence. But an older European car still usually looks pretty good. A 2012 Camaro? Not so much. A 1960s car is just timeless usually.
I'm genuinely excited for Brett! I've been following her for a couple of years now off and on and I think this is an awesome opportunity for her and it's amazing from the twaser trailer just how much she can actually look the oart. Good for Brett, hope the movie is a success and the Snow White story is done the justice it deserves.

Zegler is a German sounding name. Guess mom is Hispanic. As a person who is of German heritage myself I would imagine that Rachel Zegler was raised to know that the origin story for Snow White is from Grimm’s Fairytales. Brett Cooper is a great choice to play Snow White. Thank God for The Daily Wire. Their CEO, Jeremy, is not just hilarious; he’s a bold and brilliant badass, and I wish him nothing but the best. I hope that this movie is just the first in a long line of movies, and shows, that puts this new studio where Disney used to be; number one. The tale of the original voice actress, Adriana Caselotti. She was paid almost nothing for her iconic role, both then, and for decades. She wasn't even invited to the red carpet screening, for the same reason the creator of Alf, didn't want people to know that it was not an alien, but a human puppet hand. Would ruin the illusion of the real life Snow White. And Walt Disney informally black-listed her, from ever appearing anywhere else, because her iconic voice might also "ruin the illusion" of Snow White. She got paid the equivalent of maybe a months salary, despite Snow White's resounding success.

The situation the Drinker describes stirs up memories of how in the '70s nearly all movies were about what they described as "relevant" content, basically social issues. Not that such issues shouldn't be addressed or can't make for great movies, but that's ALL we got out of Hollywood for several years. And then...in 1977...onto the screens came this little thing called "Star Wars." There were all kinds of reasons that it blew everyone away (one review in my home town wrote "You'd have to be dead not to love this movie") but in the context of what we'd been seeing, the impact was even more stunning.

There's always been social issues in movies, and movies have always been changed for the times. It just so happens that Disney has managed to overstep what should be a true thing.
Should the story be about a girl who gets kissed by some random and gets saved, naw prolly not, give her some oomph. However should you sacrifice the story to do so, also no, that's where Disney (and others have had issue) sacrificing story to fit whatever narrative, be it right/left/inclusion/lgbtq it doesn't matter when the story is screaming to have a decent writer.

5:15 , you can even _see_ how Snow White's hair was longer but was curled/clipped which made it seem shorter. the fullness of it also is an indicator. the fact that Disney, with all its resources, couldn't even research the public information concerning cartoon Snow's character design development, shows how little they care.
They're also working on the Pendragon Cycle, which from the production videos looks pretty good with. Real sets, real horses, real stunts, and solid costume design.

No, she doesn't. Snow White is originally a 'petite' and 'delicate' 14 year old girl. Brett isn't petite or delicate and definitely doesn't look like a 14 year old girl even not counting those 2 important aspects. Not saying that she doesn't look good, but... she definitely doesn't look like a real life Snow White as she was originally intended to look. Of course one might think it's questionable if someone wrote a story where a 14 year old teen is supposedly the most beautiful girl in the world, but it's what the source material states. She's also the youngest Disney princess, btw. The 2nd youngest is Jasmine being 15 years old. I forget about the rest, most are like 16-18.

I also hope this succeeds. It has been my query in many posts for ages now: Why would Hollywood tell 60-80 percent of their audience that they DON'T want their money? The pandering films never work. China hated Mulan; Americans hated The Little Mermaid and hate Snow White; neither men nor women are flocking to the new Marvel/Star Wars female pandering universe. We want movies based on other media to go back to being FAITHFUL to the source material. If they want modern adaptations, okay, change the setting to a modern location (Snow White, in NEW YORK!). If they want more diversity, tell different stories (Where are the stories based on Indian, Japanese, Egyptian, etc. legends and fairy tales?). But they need to stop. Get the activists out, because the are killing stories in ALL areas (books, comics, films). No one outside of Hollywood is interested in what they are selling. I wish the new Snow White good luck.

As someone living in SEA, I'm also wondering why they aren't making movies based on cultures here. The last movie they actually made that did this was Raya and the Last Dragon, and it was BAD. Not terrible, but lets just say my entire family and i regretted watching it in cinema. That being said, I would rather have that than this woke garbage.

nah, I totally see this being a repeat of what happened with the remake of Disney's Pinocchio vs Guillermo del Toro's Pinocchio in 2022, where the Disney's remake got its ass handed back to them by a smaller studio with a smaller budget but lots of pasion and respect for the original work.
If you think about it, it actually COULD dramatically outperform Disney, based on the fact that Disney's will probably be a box office nightmare that loses tens of millions of dollars, and Dailywire already has over a million active, paying subscribers, so they're definitely not going to lose money on it...

Disney already shot themselves in the foot with the little mermaid remake. It won't take much to beat snow white at the box office, and I'm all for it.
The fact that the movie is called "Snow White and the Evil Queen" and that the song in the trailer says "Once upon a time a prince would come...but now that time is gone" makes me think that this movie will aim to make the point to Disney that Snow White can be "empowered" without being obnoxious and cringe inducing.
Hopefully they go one better and make the evil queen into the avatar of the wahmen's movement while making snow white just a pure girl of high virtue. I don't know if they'll be that on the nose, though.

The way I see it, Disney is in a very similar position to the one it was in back in the early 2000's. It wasn't worried about alienating its audience because competition in the realm of animation/children's entertainment had been fairly limited. Nowadays, while other large animation studios exist, the financial success and level of quality of their animated films varies wildly, and live-action children's films are almost non-existent outside of Disney. The Daily Wire is tapping into that market, directly challenging Disney as they do so. In the late 90's and early 2000's, the challenger was DreamWorks, specifcially with the release of Antz one month before the release of A Bug's Life, and Shrek, which followed the Disney formula of adapting an existing story that was a derivative of the fairytale gente to begin with, and then developing it further into a full-on satire of the 'classic Disney film'. DreamWorks has since backed off from antagonizing Disney in such a way, but back in the day, they posed a genuine concern for Disney, more specifically Disney Animation Studios. Disney Animation Studios was financially struggling at the time and had turned to releasing films of middling quality and/or commercial success alongside direct-to-DVD sequels of their most popular films.
The DVD sequels have since morphed into live-action remakes, and while the field of animation has become more crowded, Disney once again has a weakness that is to be exploited, which is precisely what the Daily Wire is doing. I've loved the Disney Princesses since I was a little girl, and Snow White in particular holds a very special place in my heart. More importantly, her movie transformed the landscape of film and animation (particularly in the use of cels as a medium) and without her, the Disney empire would not be where it is today, which is why it has been so disheartening to see how they've torn her apart. The Daily Wire certainly has a high bar to clear, and while their version of Snow White won't make much of an impact on film as an art, I think it will mark a shift in film as a market, opening up Hollywood to even further humiliation at the hands of smaller creators and the disastisfied customers who choose to support them instead.

Disney might be out-Disney'd. Making Snow White true to the fairy tale was how Disney rose to fame. There were other versions at the time that tried to be friendly to "modern audiences" but Disney beat them by being truer to the original and respecting the source material.

We actually don't really know the budget for this film. From what they've shown so far with filming of The Pendragon Cycle in Europe, they're certainly capable of putting out a high quality production.

So, it would be rather surprising if they dumped more than, say, $20M on this, but given the push the have given this, I'd think they are investing over $5M. So we do have a range.

I have been a massive fan of Brett for a long time now and I am really happy that she’s been given this opportunity. And now they’re backtracking and actually doing the dwarves… but now they’re CGI monstrosities. Disney had a chance to actually give these iconic roles to unknown little people actors who would kill for this opportunity, but yet again, Disney goes above and beyond to make a mockery of a once beloved story.
Now, they delayed the movie until 2025 due to Actor's strike. If Daily Wire still puts their version out next year, hopefully it'll be with the absolute cancellation of Disney's version (and not Disney taking advantage of not having any competition with the delay). I'm so tired of Disney's live action, and hope other people jump on the Daily Wire's train of take down.
It's really weird how badly Disney screwed up their attempt at a live-action remake of their classic Snow White, even having their lead actress mock the animated film in its entirety, yet for their recent short film "Once Upon a Studio," they acknowledge just how important that film is to their animation studio and company overall. The artists at Disney have more respect for their animation than corporate Disney.

Somehow got chills from this. It's not so much a movie about Snow White that piqued my interest, more so it signifies a turnaround point in history where good people fight back against the corruption of the mega industries. I'm genuinely excited for what doors this will open, and will forever live in hope that life will return to the greatness I remember in the 80's and 90's where everyone was allowed to live without being lectured to. That's not what I fought for and the last decade or so has been the most depressing part of my life without question. I can't wait to live again.

Do yourself a huge favor, disconnect from social media, and stop depending on the government or corporations to deliver you happiness for a price tag. Even this is clearly "Alright, our fan base is mad. Let's manipulate them and make some money by pumping out a mediocre product for cheap" by the Daily Wire. To that I judge it the exact same base as the Disney remake: What have you brought to the table that requires a remake to be made? Nothing but a cash grab because Americans are upset? Thought so.
Movies should be made to tell stories with good characters, not because it will "own the libs". Anyone remember the 1990s version of Snow White with Sam Neill and Sigourney Weaver? That was different, yet closer to the original fairy tale, yet dark and scary at the same time. Very underrated take.
There was the Faierie Tale Theater version, with Elizabeth McGovern as Snow White and Phil Fondacaro as a dwarf. That was a fun TV series.

I really wish that more artistic people would do different versions of this fairy tales that are more faithful of the stories.
Someone that comes to mind is Guillermo del Toro who has shown that he has a knack for dark fairy tales and could give this type of movie a Brothers Grimm vibe, and has shown his prowess with Pans Labyrinth (More or less a dark fairytale) and with Pinocchio showed that he can easily make a better product than Disney, (Who released their own version the same year) which makes me yearn for him to do another one of these stories and make a great movie out of it.

The same Disney that just a few years ago released Once Upon a Time. Which although a different spin was still respectful both to the Snow White char and played by a great actress, Ginnifer Goodwin, who reflected the character's values perfectly. How bad things have gotten. It's great to see another production company stepping up and to show Disney how things need to be done. I wish Brett and Daily Wire great success!

I am hoping that Snow White and the Evil Queen will be similar to the film "Ever After." That film was a retelling of Cinderella with s slightly modern twist, but Drew Barrymore was able to be a strong female character while still preserving her femininity. She was tough but not brittle, sassy but still sweet. Her character showed real growth, as did her counterpart the Prince. Zeigler, a.k.a. Sand Tan is trying to push the idea that her character is perfect from the start, and unlikable to an extreme.

I absolutely adored that Snow White adaptation!! I really liked Mirror Mirror as well. They both brought something new and fresh to the table while still staying true to the original. I hope DailyWire's version can do the same :)

I'd say a 100M profit as a starting point and most likely hundreds of millions. This will bring tons of money to DW for future projects. It's another Disney's huge mistake that opens up the opportunity for competitors.
