DISCLAIMER: I am unaware of any pre existing patterns for this crochet project. I learnt this pattern at a local crochet class in Sydney where the original creator was not stated. As a beginner I have yet to teach myself how to read and understand patterns, so no pattern was followed for this project, rather intuitively created by making a series of panels after learning the stitches. Any resemblance of this project to another project is unintentional. Хобби

This is the simplest tutorial I’ve came across so far 🤗 I’ve finally got all 3 flowers done 😅. Thank you!
YAY! It took me a while to understand the pattern too, you’ll be doing it in your sleep now haha
The tutorial was very easy to follow and understand. Thanks so much ❤
I’m so happy to hear that 🧶
this was super easy to follow, I just needed the pattern for a top but I’m definitely going to make the sweater 🌷
Cute! You can even use this for skirts or anything… it’s such a nice design.
Thanks for watching :)
ill try this its so pretty and seems quite easy so happy to have someone to start my crochet journey with❤✨✨✨✨
Oh how exciting! I’m here with you row by row!
I have also made a granny square top - which is SUPER easy if you want to start with something that you’ll finish and can wear sooner. You’ll find it on my channel
im in the pross of making the granny square skirt 🥰im sooo excited for it it moves slow so im also starting this
but can u please tell me the dimensions of a flower its 25 chain but how do i measure it for my body @@Crochetbyemma
@@sulagnapanda woo hoo!!!! The skirt does take a while but it’s worth it and you’ll get there :)
Measure your chain from shoulder to shoulder and just make sure it’s divisible by 25… so if your chain shoulder to shoulder measures 70 for example, add an extra 5. If your shoulders are 90, make it 100.
Very thorough tutorial

@@Crochetbyemma yeahh❤️I did and I m excited for upcoming videos and tutorials and you look so pretty
This is the best tutorial I’ve seen so far on this sort of sweater😊 also how much yarn did use in total? (In grams)
You are too too kind! Thanks for tuning in :)
I believe I used 7 or 8 50g balls of Egyptian cotton from We Are Knitters. I was surprised how much it took but I think my hook size probably contributed to that.
Be sure to stick around and subscribe! Plenty more tutorials on my channel with more to come 🫶🏽

@@sulagnapanda yes! Would love to see it :)
Hi! When you attach the sleeves to the body of the jumper, then how do you do it? I mean on the body of the jumper there are double crochets, thoose are 2 chains, so when you attach them together then on the sleeves 2 stitch count as one dc on the body of the jumper? I hope it makes sense, and thank you!🥰
Hey.. you can see this at 42:49 good luck!
Your video is really great!
Could I ask each centimeter of front, back and sleeve?
Thank you so much! I will aim to put measurements in the description box :)
„Frogged 3 times, I hope I finally got it as now on row 3 😂😂
Oh no… you got this! Count your stitches - I’ll be honest it took me a few tries too
Thank you for the video! I finished mine and tried it on but the seam near the armpit is pretty tight is there an easy way to fix this? I used a darning needle to sew it together.
Don’t bring the side stitches up so high, and just add a row or two of double crochets along the length of the arm panel
How many chains do you use to start the arms? Or is is all the same?
However wide you need your sleeve to be but make sure it’s divisible by 25, as you need 25 chains per flower design.
My sleeve was 75 for example :)
Hi! So when I got to the third row I noticed that you had 7 so you crocheted 4 dc but I only had 6 so I could only dc 3 before the gap.. I have all of the right count as I have re counted many times.. I’m confused and I don’t know if this will ruin the pattern.. I’m going to keep going..
You’ve missed a stitch somewhere… or just put two DC in the same stitch to even it out. Hope this helps
So if I need it bigger would I just add 25 to the 75 chains?
Yep! ✨
Hi your video is really great😊!! I just have a quick question, how long is your first row in inches? Because mine seems really short.
If it’s short add another 25 chains (another flower pattern) until it’s long enough.
@@Crochetbyemma Thanks!!!😁
Do i have to use the exact hook size? Or is a 4.25 mm ok?
You can use any hook and yarn, just follow the pattern the same though.
Great tutorial ! Do you think it would be okay to use polyacrylic yarn for this project ?
You can use whatever you like
Personally wouldn't recommend it.
1. You put so much time and effort into a garment like this only for it to be poor quality, polyacrylic simply doesnt last as long as natural fibers like cotton.
2. Washing any plastic based fabric like polyacrylic releases microplastics into the water which harms humans, animals and our planet.
3. For example cotton has naturally antibacterial tendencies + they're breathable so they don't start smelling of body odors like plastic based fabrics.
Hope this helps ❤
@@tovamagnusson1035 Yes! Thank you a lot :)
I have a question how much grams of yarn it took you to finish the sweater ?
In the description box ✨
hello is this weight 4 yarn?
Im not sure; but it’s the Egyptian cotton from We Are Knitters if that helos
How much yarn are you using, what type and what crochet hook😍😍
All in the description box x
What is the yarn size for this pattern?
You can use whatever you want

Thanks for tuning in 🫶🏽
It’s taken me 45 minutes and I’m on row for just to realize I’ve messed up the gaps🤦🏼♀
It took me time to understand too
@@Crochetbyemma ohh, thanks for the reply but I think the yarn I was using was making it confusing for me (this is another problem with me trying to make this project)
I ´m sorry but it’s not easy AT AL
No pain no gain
Take me some time to finally get it. Don't give up !
If you still don't get it maybe you can wait to have more skills and practice to make this project. I started crochet last summer and months ago I wouldn't have been able to do this I think
