  • I went back to see the physical therapist this week to have a post jaw surgery evaluation, and I'm so glad I did! She definitely had some things for me to work on :)

    This was so helpful! Thank you! I had surgery 5 weeks ago and will definitely be asking my surgeon about seeing a therapist. I'm similar to you as my right side is way tighter and more swollen.

    I'm interested in getting to know more about right side pull, I'm getting surgery in 2 weeks but i feel my face is pulled to left, share the stretches ur therapist make u do

      I will try to show some of the stretches in my next video! I do think that each therapist/patient will need personalized recommendations based on their own asymmetries or mobility issues, but I'm happy to share what I'm doing as well!

      @@meganschall i know each patient is different, I'm paying for everything out of pocket(not from US) so i wanna have as little appointments as i can and still get the good result

      @@sheheryarjavaid3567 That totally makes sense! I will try to include some examples in the next video :)
      Also, to be clear, I only started doing these exercises at 6 months post-op. My PT wanted to make sure we gave things enough time to heal and not risk doing anything too soon!

      @@meganschall btw my tongue tie was identified because of you i didn't even know if there is such thing as tongue tie but after watching ur video i asked my ortho to have a look so many thanks
