    Hi Riotgear, thank you and congratulations for the tutorial, it is very good.
    I've followed it and everything works fine, but I have a uvs map for the texture maps and another uvs for the displacement effect. So the transition between the textures is not done correctly.
    Do you have a solution ?.
    Thanks a lot.

    • @RIOTGEAR3D
      @RIOTGEAR3D  3 года назад

      Try using the same uv map for both the displacement and in your shader setup . And make sure to put in similar values to sync the two effects.

    • @RIOTGEAR3D
      @RIOTGEAR3D  3 года назад

      Although I did get reports that for some people, even after doing that and setting up the exact same values for the video textures. They still did not line up properly.
      If it persists, try turning the video textures into image sequences first before using them. I haven't tried this solution myself to see if it works but I heard blender plays well better with sequences in place of videos.

    Just found out that those two textures are advancing at different speed.
    The mask is going forward faster.

    Seems to much to ask, but it is a pity that such good asset has just this one tiny but very obvious issue.

    • @RIOTGEAR3D
      @RIOTGEAR3D  4 года назад +1

      The videos are exactly the same length, they were made from the same mask in Ae. I'm not sure exactly what's causing them to be out of sync in blender, I didn't seem to come up when I was working on it. But I will have to check if I somehow shared wrong files with different framerates

      It is possible but you can only morph between two textures or shaders at a time, since the mix color node and the mix shader node both have only two inputs... So you could morph between the first two, then add another mix colour/shader and morph it again and so forth...
