    There's just a lot of $100 bottles I'll get before a Yellowstone.

I’ve had the 2023 LE in my basket a couple of times at 110 at Total Wine, but I’m not sure about the Tokaji finish. I’m more interested in this one.

The 2023 is phenomenal. No burn and full of flavor

So this year the trend is Cognac casks it seems. I've seen like 5-6 of them in the past few weeks. I'm fine with it but Cognac doesn't add much to a bourbon. The tasting profiles are pretty similar but it's FAR better than the Amburana trend from last year.
Yellowstone LE's are not worth the $100 to me. They are okay, not great. They just don't do anything unique or better than other bottles on shelf for $50

It's one of the rare bottles that's over msrp around here. $115 and mostly findable. I did get 2023 for 90 though. Saw 2 or 3 of the 2023 last month so there are a few out there but not many left. The LE is the only bottle of the yellowstone brand I get these days. Is it worth 100, ahh, I mean the tokaji Penelope was 85ish so the 2023 at 90 to 115 even isn't crazy but definitely don't pay over your local msrp price. I traded a tier 1 4 roses barrel proof for another 2022, so that's about 100 bucks. My 2 cents.

I’ve seen this one in two stores locally. One priced it at $120 and the other $180.

    I'm just 50/50 at $80. At $100 it's definitely a pass.
