You may want to try voicing more. Subtle pausing between phrases would add a lot too. To illustrate see "Jacob's piano" youtube rendition of Porz Goret. See also "Tone Production at the Piano"- youtube series by proffessor John Mortensen of "cedarvillemusic". Will make playing this song very satisfying. Keep up the learning!
