  • In this series we start a walk from tynemouth to Whitehaven.
This video covers the walk from tynemouth to the edge of Newcastle City Centre,(Ouseburn)
Talking about the design of the route and its features, part of this route runs along a former railway, some sections lay on the road and others are seperate paths,
From Tynemouth, the route heads through North Shields Fish quay, The Royal Quays Marina, Wallsend and Walker before joining Newcastle's Quayside

Interesting video with good content. I am doing the section from Newburn to Tynemouth with my friend on Sat as the final leg of the "Daft as a Brush" River Tyne walk.

Hi Jordan. I'm a new subscriber and love the content and information you provide but can you please slow down when panning. Looking forward to catching up on your other videos and hope they aren't as shaky.

Exactly needs some money invested in it to improve it

the pier at tynemouth collapsed and if you walk half way along and look over the edge, you can see whats left of the foundations.

No. Tynemouth and Wallsend and both areas of North Tyneside. Separate places to Newcastle.
