To make the best of that disc you have to press about half of the trigger on the gun that makes easer to control the amount of paint going into the walls also clear your way to work you need to move a bit more quick to avoid runs
I love mine for commercial work (brick walls) Haven’t used it in a house yet. I make mine spray away from the disk more so it just hits the tip of the disk
I do use that disco but not to cut walls I leave the set up about 3/4 to 1 inch of the ceiling that’s no better tool then a brush to make a crisp clean finish
I realized that your spray nozzle is horizontal and should be vertical while you run the device horizontally. That is also why you are experiencing a lot of buildup. I am using one on a very large project and this is the first time using it and there was no learning curve other than proper placement
@@westsprayairless8763 well the one that I purchased said different and I dont have the problems that this guy is having. Just thought I would share that with him because it seems as though his isn't working out for him. I have done over 40,000 linear feet so far without incident but then again...what do I know...other than results
You are correct however the 411 and 513 both have a wider fan than the tip used in the video. The main overall problem in my opinion was the rolling of the wheel, the wheel wasn't smooth enough for operator control. im looking forward to testing again once Wagner/Titan address this issue.
I thinks it’s probably more suited for exterior. Render brick & so on. Cheers for that though hopefully someone will simplify this thing & dial it in for precision interior work 👍

Hey Ali, do u sell parts & accessories? I need a few airless pressure gauges for my smaller pumps that don’t have one. If so could you pls let me know how to contact you. Thanks mate👍
Yes we do, however we only have genuine parts from Graco and Wagner/Titan, if you just want standard gauges itd be relatively cheaper to buy from ebay, other wise the Wagner gauges with fittings are $120 AUD and the Graco gauges are the same
I figured out what your problem is. Its the direction of your tip shield. It's facing the wrong direction. So for instance you're literally stopping your fan width, so its getting all the overspray on the wheel instead of the wall.

Your supposed to use a narrow fan tip nothing above a 14 atomized and your only supposed to fog the top of the wheel. No disrespect but you over sprayed the whole wheel.
hi Brandon. I was using a matt acrylic paint, the build up is a number of things, mainly there aren't any tips designed to work so close to a surface for a finish, as well as the wheel not being smooth in its turning, it would stick and then drag.
@Scott O'Nanski Hi Scott, off camera i tried a number of different tips including the 0.11 and still couldn't achieve the desired finish. Im still hopeful The Wagner group will continue to refine it and get it to work the way we need it to.

He had it right. Had it been the other way it would only make a thin stripe of heavy buildup on the wall
It goes with the fan
Great review. Appreciate your honesty. Definitely needs a bearing. Also would help if the wheel was bigger I think.
Probably good for if you do same colour on walls and ceilings and the only thing your separating is the ceiling matt and low sheen
Yeah, I’m not convinced.
Ali... Brother, you need a ask mate. Shukran for the review, habib !!
the manufacturer says to use only 411 or 513 tip...the 311 makes to wide of a fan in terms of thickness and leads to overspray.

Would a 515 or 415 tip be too big for this attachment? Thanks
It would throw out too much paint and make a mess, a 411 is the only tip that's recommended
@@alielhaouli7418 thank you!
would be good if it worked.
What if you put some brass or ceramic washers??
I think it defeats the purpose if the user has to make the modifications, hopefully the Wagner group will view this and do some more R&D.

Its white on white and its a small ceiling just spray the ceiling same as the wall...
Useful product but need more practice and u should set the disk to tip with little more gape
That buildup is probably because your using semigloss paint right? Thanks for review I will probably keep using my shields.
