Great breakbuilding skill Craig! Mad opening pot to kick things off and grab your attention from the word go!
some delightful positioning of the cueball and perfectly played canons to split the pack, so easy to over or under hit those and be on nothing.
    Excellent production too. Loved it.

Robbie Jones Crazy Cat ! Thanks for the view & comment Robbie, really appreciate it.
It was quite a nice opening red & I did manage to finish perfect to spilt a few reds out which really started the break off nicely. You do need a bit of luck when splitting the pack (at my level anyway lol) to be honest I didn't really go in to them with pace because it tends to push reds towards cushions & as you pointed out it is too easy to lose the white & be on nothing.
Glad you enjoyed it. Hoping to upload more often !
      Thanks again.

Fantastic red to start the break!!
Very skillful white ball control indeed my friend :-) just excellent!!
So many little shots where you forced an angle with a trace of side etc to retain position on the black it was such a pitty you took a low value colour and narrowly missed the century. Never the less a great break with some cracking long potting. I was very surprised when you knocked that long blue in and got perfect on the red in the bargain, a real get out of jail pot!!
Enjoyed it, great effort all round :-)

Sam Davis Hi Sam thanks for the view & your kind comments. Always nice to hear from you. Glad you enjoyed the video, I always feel that breaks are never going to be very exciting for the viewer so it is nice to get some positive comments. Obviously you have played the game to a decent level & appreciate what is involved in break building more than people who are more watchers than players. Truth is the pro's, top amateurs & even some gifted club players make this side of the game look so easy (The Snookerist for instance) that people like myself look clumsy & make hard work of it by comparison. It doesn't stop me from trying though lol ! Got a few tons to put on shortly then back to some sort of shots video for a giggle.
Thanks again Sam & take care.

Quality clearance m8. Always more satisfying using that kind of layout. That was a big shot with the rest on the second last red and the diagonal blue ofcourse. You always make clearing the colours look so easy. Wish i did. Most times when i hit a ton i manage to balls-up somewhere on the colours. I think its just the pressure of trying to make a total clearance.--Think its time you bolted that door and unleashed some maximums. Imagine being on the final black and some git blundered in!! Id be calling for the death penalty ;)))) Nice Break!

The Snookerist Thanks for the view & comment m8. As for making it look easy lol......I'm not the one approaching a century of century's (how is that going m8 ?)!! It never feels easy, always amazes me how easily you can make a right pigs ear of a basic colours clearance when it means something.
Funny thing was after you mentioned I was good at clearing the table on a previous video I messed up 4 on the trot lol.........jinxed (you get a mention on my next video for that :-) )
I really appreciate the compliment though m8. The rest shot was big for me as I'm not to clever with it (you are a great rest player I know). Tbh I couldn't believe the long blue went in......it was one of those I've blown this desperation shots !!
My highest break ever is 130, 1 x 125 & 3 x 123 1 x121 all the rest between 101 & 119. I know you have a load of breaks around that & considerably higher, what is your best m8 ? I just really struggle to stay around the black, something you do with great efficiency. I have been playing again for 2 years now so fingers crossed to try to improve that figure.
      Thanks again m8.

Craig Anthony Sorry about the jinx on the colours .;) Reminds me of when i never seemed to miss a putt. Then some git mentioned it and i couldnt hole out for my life :( Thats a lot of big centuries you've had! Ive had 2x 141 and 2x 140. I remember having a great chance of a 146 but i was so disappointed at taking a pink off the 15th red that i almost gave up on the colours. Think i missed the brown but wasnt bothered at the time. Not sure what my youtube century count is at the minute.I deleted about 20 of the old ones which didnt look great.Much better on the new camera. --I could really do with playing competitively again cos im too used to playing the same old shots around the black. Trouble is, there's certain shots where id be found out(mostly long shots, whether they're pots or safety. Its down to the old mince pies im afraid:( Anyway, the hcp would be criminal,so its not worth the torture. ----A little bit of practice around the black goes a long way. I could see you beating your 130 if you stay around pink and black but it probably means a total clearance and thats REAL TOUGH!! ---My longest comment ever ;)))) Cheers

The Snookerist Lol no worries I will get over it. Thanks for the comment & compliment m8. 4 Breaks of 140 & over is a fantastic level to play this game to m8, you should be proud of that. I can't even dream of getting there at the moment because I am simply not to great around the black spot tbh. I will keep pugging away though. So what is your century tally at m8 ? must be a lot, you have a load on here !
Keep it up m8......never get board of classy break building. I always feel You can learn just by watching a decent player :-) The new cam is great quality & you have become more skilled at the editing side which gives a much more polished presentation. Great stuff.

Craig Anthony Not sure what the century tally is at the moment. I deleted a lot of the old ones but i have some new ones in reserve (uploading this week) Put a new tip on last week ,bleeding thing was like paper. Scrambled towards a total clearance but all i could think of on the final black was the tip.... and missed it :((

The Snookerist Dam it.......hate missing the final ball ! All that work & then falling at the final hurdle (lol see my next video). I know what you mean about the tip......let mine go to far down & now ferrule has hairline cracks in it. Its off to hospital shortly :-0
Defo should have a count up on the breaks & then we can have a countdown to the ton of tons !
      Huge milestone :-)

Craig Anthony Yeah you had some very nice recoveries that's for sure, you should try going for the maxi

u are creeping into the 147 zone with potting and cue ball control like that .The ability to recover position under pressure is a must to make a max..and u have plenty in the tank!

***** Thanks for your comment, very good of you to take the time & have something positive to say :-)
The only way I could get in the 147 club is with a gun lol.
It's funny though, I have had much higher breaks but this is one of my favourites. I had an 80 odd the other day & was constantly digging myself out of trouble from start to finish. I realise the art of good break building is to make it look easy (as you guys often do) but sometimes when you have to fight for every point it is strangely satisfying !.
      Thanks again.
