if i go from upton to corfe,I must put the sign to the right from the first roundabout and leave it until I pass the second.

Yes . It's like one roundabout , but with 2 give ways

What about from Hamworthy to Corfe please and opposite way? The signs on Blandford road look like straight ahead so left lane I thought but some cars are switching lanes but there are no markings to dictate that.

As There aren't any road markings on upon roundabouts
From Hamworthy to corfe mullen direction people use the right lane to go straight and left lane to turn left . ( luckily examiners don't go from Hamworthy direction
