Interesting that in 1883 to 1889 Mullet creek populated 800 persons, worker & family, mostly living in tents yet there was a hotel, butcher & bakery, school & wharf that connected to a steamer to Sydney.
Its a great old tunnel , but yes it would of been a busy place down there when they were making that Woy Woy tunnel . Just walking on the bush track near Mullet creek Tunnel there is a lot of steps carved into the rocks . So even before I got down to the tunnel I was getting the feel that this was a well used area in the day . It would make an interesting book to read if there was one . Thanks for the comment .
cool tunnel we had one like that but can drive through it semi trucks go through it when hauling logs .when the was haul log out of it could drive to it in car . we would ride our dirt bikes out there .
The little CT can be easier to handle on a ride than my T7 sometimes , but other times its the other way around. There is definitely no one bike that does it all and if I had the money there would be a few more bikes in the garage . Thanks for watching 👍
Haha , I was thinking that I needed a whip when I was editing that video. Swinging over a creek on a whip would be funny .. Indiana Jones has made another new movie, maybe it might be a good time to do it. Thanks for watching 👍 cheers 🍻
It makes a better story if they are real 😀😀 The little 125 does make it easier to get around when videoing , its a great little toy. Thanks for watching 👍👍
How good is the Aussie bush, I much prefer being in the sticks than a city. I heard about the Gosford Glyphs a while back, will definately check them out if I'm down that way. Thanks for sharing.
Those Gosford Glyphs are just made by a guy about 40 years ago . On the Coast we have a lot of aboriginal rock carvings that have been around for hundreds or even thousands of years that are also worth seeing. I have made up a few videos on them if you want to have a look... thanks for watching 👍
Loved this li'll adventure and the skills and effort that went into making this video! Hate to be a killjoy but wouldn't you prefer a light dual-purpose bike, with a clutch, normally configured 5 gears, more ground clearance and suspension travel and a better cruising speed of 90km/h, like the Honda XR150 and Yamaha XTZ125 I use for my learner bike lessons & out-rides vs the CT125?
I have a Tenere 700 as well , but that's a totally different bike . I like the CT for its versatility, its simple and a fun bike 🏍. I've had a few trail and road bikes through my years but the CT is a great bike for shopping and around town , I also put it on the back of the RV... I have made a video on that bike rack if your interested... To be honest I just love every bike I have had . I've never had a bike I didn't like . Thanks for watching 👍
This is an amazing video, I really enjoyed watching it and what a worker that little bike is! How come we have not heard more about these rock carvings? Very mysterious and odd that more studies are not being made.
It's a great little bike . Those rock carvings were made about 40 years ago , so they are fake ,but it was still a good walk in the bush for a look.. thanks for watching and commenting 👍👍
That looked like a gnarly exit. Definitely not for my Himalayan 😅 What's the story with those rock carvings? Also curious what function that tunnel would have served when it was built. Was there a road or railroad?
I've got a T700 and I wouldn't of got it past the first gate up the top .. the tunnel runs beside a railway way line and if it floods down there it can take the water away from the railway line and into the creek... the rock carvings were made in the last 40 years .... thanks for watching 👍
Nice video that shows the old Postie bike is more than capable fulfilling off-road duties!
It is a very capable bike, as long as your not in a hurry and your happy to look at the scenery they are a lot of fun. Thanks for watching .👍👍
Woww, the caves are amazing, what an adventure

Goodness gracious the dirt ride looks incredibly challenging
Haha , I don't think I could of made it back up the hill if I couldn't of got out down the bottom. 😀

It was a big ride for the little 125 , I think I clocked up over a 100km of bumpy dirt roads , bit hard on the old backside. 😀😀
cool tunnel we had one like that but can drive through it semi trucks go through it when hauling logs .when the was haul log out of it could drive to it in car . we would ride our dirt bikes out there .
