The Game isnt as complicated as it looks, to answer xGOLGO13xs question: The friendship between the officers allows them to make multimusou-attacks and without friendship to the lord they defect easylier to the enemy and such things. The Formation is really important for the outcome of a battle and by the way, SW2:Empires ROCKS!!!
the real fun is when the enemy have half of the map and u only have 2 territories at the end he has only 2 territories but the bad is my disk is damaged and i need another one
can someone tell me how to unlock the all-round policy with yoshiteru ashikaga, i have 99% of all unlock 90% of my officers are lvl 20 all mounts/succes are unlock and my weapons are hyper boosted, and i would love to max my officers stats! Thanks

turn on officer death and when you capture an officer after a fight then u have the choices to "Release, Hire, Execute."
