Bob is fantastic live! Outstanding legendary performer. His extensive catalog is great. I highly recommend all to see him live (if you get the chance). You can sign up to be a fan of his.... He's down to earth and has a great sense of humor.
A great song by a great songwriter, accompanied by one of our other favorite songwriters, Richard Hawley. One of his songs that we just love was on his album, "Cole's Corner," titled "The Ocean." But so much of his work, and we have all of his albums (and all of Bob Lind's albums), is without flaw. We first saw and heard Bob sing in 1967 at the Pasadena Ice House when it was a musical cabaret owned by Bob Stane and a partner who now lives in New Mexico. Bob Stane's new club is called "The Coffee Gallery Backstage." Thanks, Bob Lind, for all the music over the long years and your friendship. We're proud to say the last night we owned our coffee house, Socrates, Bob Lind performed there and stayed with us a couple of days. Lind is a class act; Hawley too. Both of these songs, Cheryl's Goin' Home" and "Drifter's Sunrise," are so Bob Lind. The latter of the two is one of our all-time favorite Bob Lind songs. Nick and Mike Campbell
Many thanks Nick and Michael for your post. It was a great surprise for me to see both Richard and Jarvis with Bob during his set. I am a serial attendee of End Of The Road festival and love its mix of artists, so being of a certain age was keen to see Bob play. It was an early start, with plenty of sunshine, which augmented the music and mood. Like you, I also am a keen fan of Richard Hawley and have all his records. I have seen him plenty of times and he has played EOTR often, he and Jarvis are old mates (from the Pulp days) and have fun DJ-ing at the festival also. I have subscribed to your channel as I see we share some similar tastes in music, you are very fortunate to have had the connection with Bob, he seems a very genuine person and a good friend.

It was a nice sunny morning during his set and he had a couple of fans with him on stage with Richard and Jarvis - A memorable moment Joey.

Classic. Great performance by Bob Lind. Wonderful.
What are the cords to drifters sunrise
it doesn’t seem like Jarvis Cocker knows the material. Is his guitar even turned on?
