A very good interview. Thanks for this. Bob's new album is a very fine album, We love the song "My Satellite," which is such a creative song. That said, all of the songs are very fine. It's a Bob Lind album! "Leave Me Alone" is another song that we really like. Then there is...the rest of it. We first saw Bob sing at the Pasadena Ice House in 1967, I think it was. The year "Elusive Buttefly" was released. By the way, Bob, we like the string section on that one. Years later Bob sang at our own coffee house (Socrates Coffee House), now defunct. It was a thrill having him at the coffee house, then he stayed with us a couple days. During his stay, we watched the movie, "The Loved One," one night, and which he selected from our film library. We even got him to watch an episode of "Leave It To Beaver," about The Beave writing a poem for school, which is a very funny episode. If you can imagine that scene. Bob was kind, and interesting to have around; he is always that. He asked my brother to sing a song that Mike wrote, but my brother wasn't going there. It was nice of Bob to ask him. The day following the concert at Socrates, we all went to this excellent Mexican restaurant in San Luis Obispo, California, near where we live, just south of us. We also went to Boo Boo Records to say hello to the owner, Mike White. He really appreciated us bringing Bob by. Bob said he isn't very social. He isn't, but we enjoyed hanging around with him.
