Due to a freak accident in June,2023 I had to be on Antibiotics for nearly a month, totally gave up dinner as that was causing acidity and painful bowel movements due to piles..Now I have recovered but people are talking about my sulken face and health. It worked for me.. gained 800g in one week..Earlier I used to eat a lot but wasn't gaining weight at all..i realized just eating won't help..eating food at right time n in right combination with exercise helps..also mass gainer banana shake(2 bananas-1 glass milk+3 soaked almonds+2 tbsp oats) and milk daliya(with 5 almonds+5 dates+1 banana) helped a lot..i didn't have whey protein.i used to have shake 2 hours before workout n 250g homemade paneer+its liquid after workout.Sress n a weak digestive system won't let u gain weight no matter what u do, so I worked on that too...
