ScoutDI develops drone-based systems for fully digitalized inspections of industrial confined spaces.
Our Scout 137 drone system, launched in 2020, is tethered for unlimited flight-time and has a 3D Lidar for navigation, positioning and stability. It also provides real-time situational awareness in situations when the pilot doesn't have line-of-sight to the drone.
The tether provides the drone with power, control signals from the pilot and a reliable data network connection for inspection data. Via the provided internet connection the inspection can be streamed live to the Scout Portal where a colleague or other stakeholders can take part. The Scout Portal allows easy reporting, data sharing and access control. It also has an API for data integration to existing Asset Management Systems, Digital Twins etc.
