    Thank you for this video! I teach Introduction to Aeronautics as part of our CTE program at a middle school in Florida. A big part of the class involves Careers and also flying drones. I plan on using your video to create a lesson about drone careers. FYI I am also planning on using another video about drone mistakes that you made.

    Hint: I f you want to learn to “survey” with a drone, the first step is to go learn how to survey. It’s a whole profession. 🤷‍♂️

      IKR, I've got a $500 drone, who wants to hire me for surveys. And how do I do that...

      @@Tsavo1 Anyone can get a drone. Not everyone can understand coordinate geometry and apply it usefully in a construction situation.

      It's sort of a "survey" vs. "Survey" thing. And considering the licensing requirements of being a Surveyor, I'd probably sidestep the risk and call it "mapping" instead. The goal would be to make useful maps / data for the customer's internal use, versus to get it recorded legally like a boundary line adjustment. Even then, you might be able to freelance / subcontract with surveyors!

      Still hard getting anything for real money. It's been Real-estate photos and videos so far. That's hit and miss though as well. We're trying to get into construction, infrastructure, etc. Nothing in those areas so far.

    As with anything FAA I’m trying to better understand the regs. Mainly the registration of the aircraft, markings, and something about transmission modules or something like that. I don’t fully understand what they’re talking about here. Can you clarify for us?

    Are you seeing m3m being resold much? It appears the stay instock with the dealers but I am unclear about the secondary market?
    Is this considered a super niche drone?

    • @AerialInfluence
      @AerialInfluence  Год назад

      It is pretty niche. Almost strictly for agriculture mapping.

    Hi
    very good video..... but we would say that there is more advertising than jobs in the field!!! for example many seem to have more income from RUclips than from drones. You have to be logical if you have so many contracts linked to your drone you don't have the time to make educational videos on the profession of drone pilot.
    But I understand very well that you, who only sell drones, have an interest in talking about it. I repeat, you are very interesting to listen to, and you know what you are talking about, and that is the reason why you are in my favorites.

    • @AerialInfluence
      @AerialInfluence  Год назад

      Good morning! Thank you for your comment. I realize the jobs aren’t necessarily easy to find, but we have many clients utilizing drones. Like I said, you need to work hard to build the business. You might have to do drones as a side gig. But more and more jobs are popping up. It’s still the Wild West with drones and there is money to be made. Thank you for the compliments!
